Clenbuterol Cycles??? How long and dosage schedule?

I’m taking liquid Clen and have heard two weeks on them two off. I’ve also heard shorter and longer. Any advice?

Id start as low as 20mcg/day just to see how you tolerate it. Then in a few days up it to 40mcg. Myself a couple weeks at 40, a couple weeks at 60, then a couple at 80.

We have reason to believe clen is pretty bad for your heart, so for that reason I think limiting both dosage and duration while you're on it is wise.

Aren’t you supposed to go on and off because your body builds tolerance? How long on/off?
 
So max 80 mcg/day? Do you split it AM/PM?

No, people take more. You don't have to split the dose, it has a 36 hour half life, unless you find the single dose to be a little much all at once. Then split it and see how you feel.

All people need to do is to keep check of their body temperature. if its raised a point or 2, that's the dose to lock in @.

I have my guys who compete use no more than 80mcg and for very short periods.
 
After the 1st week or so you wo t feel it much but its still working, i started at 20mcg a day then added 20 more week 2 so 20 in the morning then 20 4 hrs later. then continue that every week add 20 up to 4 weeks some go much higher. There is a heart risk involved. You could get extremely high heart rate you will get shaky hands in the beginning, fasted cardio works best with it. It is a dangerous drug it can for real put you in the hospital or worse. It has also been said to cause heart enlargement and stiffining of the valves.
 
I will add my resting heart rate on 40mcg is around 82bpm. It goes down if im relaxing(laying down) to maybe 76. Normally its 58-63 resting.
 
Adding ketotifen at 1 mg before bed after the first two weeks will help keep receptors as receptive as possible. No pun intended as much as possible. Glenn will not stop working regarding fat loss, but it’s protein synthesis benefits will decrease overtime which the ketotifen helps preserve.

Anyone running two weeks on a two weeks off doesn’t understand half-life as the half life is over 36 hours for Clen.

Running alongside yohimbe is a great combination. Dr. Scott Stevenson uses the analogy of one being the accelerator and the other removing the brake Incorporated to fat loss.

Start with the minimum amount of dosage and slowly work your way up to around 80 if needed. Anything more is overkill.
 
I've ran it several times at 40mcg daily for 3 or 4 weeks depending on my goals. Me personally never have to go over that. I don't come on and off and let me assure you that just because you don't feel jitters or sides effects that doesn't mean it's not working. That is the biggest misconception.
