Okay, so I took y'alls advice and looked up a macro calculator.
This is what I got:

124gC
160gP
64gFat
35gFiber

Any thoughts? Recommendations? Comments from the Peanut gallery?
I'm open to any feedback.

Also took a rest day today. I'm wiped. I did take Shank on her walk though, we went 2 full miles up and down throughout the trail today.
Rings closing close to 400 cal burned

Water and nutrition on point with previous numbers, I'll start tomorrow on trying to hit these ones.

Run it for 2 weeks and see what happens.

Nutrition:
120 out of 124gC
50 out of 60gF
150 out of 160gP

Pretty close, still understanding how many eggs and when, how much avo, how much yogurt I can have etc.

Water: 100oz

Activity:
6.5k steps - Includes 1.5 mile puppy walk
75 min chest and tri's
15 min run
25 mins sauna
Took 100lb puppy to self serve dog wash and blow dry. That counts as activity. Idc what anyone says lol. That double coat is no joke.
Rings closing at 1.1k cal burned

chest felt good today, I was back up on weight to the 35's for sets of 8. Was strong, slow, and steady.
Had to switch from machine fly to cable fly because someone was texting for 30 mins. insert dramatic eyeroll
Overall a good day, tomorrow is the restart of the week, going to actually try to do it in order this time.

Also planning on getting some pictures in tomorrow, like real ones, because I want to see if this change in macros really does help or if I'm just as bat shit crazy as everyone says I am.

Felt pretty strong today, despite not sleeping the best.

7k steps (includes. 1.5 mile puppy walk)
Leg day 1
Took a break from cardio/sauna today

Laying single leg curls for warm up, 4 continuous sets of 20
BB RDL 4 sets of 10 with 25 loaded on each side
Hip Thrust 4 sets of 12 with 85 loaded on each side
Glute Hyperextension burn out drop sets x4

Mood better with the extra food?

Mood is better since all the mean girls got written up and stripped of titles at work
But performance is definitely better. Appetite is slowly creeping up too.
Waking up in the morning is a lot easier and more energetic too
