First Cycle Test E

After lifting for about 9years, I've decided to start my first cycle at 28 years old. I'm genetically skinny at 5'9 and can hover around 135-145lbs which is where I usually hit my plateau. I want to push the limits and decided to start Test E at 300mg a week, pin twice a week at 150mg, Monday and Thursday. Today was my second pin and I already feel more energy and appetite increase. Blood pressure is up from 124/74 to 134/84, so I started taking fish oil and GNC blood pressure formula. I have Adex just incase as well. Any advise would be appreciated. Stay tuned for results

Very good base to start with sir. Good work.

No real advice to give on such a basic cycle. Can't hurt to run some organ support while you are on.

Make sure you have a nice PCT plan setup in advance. Don't neglect PCT and be sure to research PCT very well. Working in the field I will tell you most users take 2-12 months to return natural HPTA. Factors are age, health, and cycle history. Since you are young and new to AAS you "SHOULD" respond to PCT pretty well. Even a basic Clomid at 25mgs ED alongside say even Nolva at 10mgs for 2-3 months should likely return you to normal function when you discontinue your cycle.

Eating is not a problem. Most I've weighed is 164lbs, but my body fat percentage was 10 to 15% more than normal I'm guessing. Because I can eat as much as I want at work we have a chef, I'm super lucky.

I guess my ultimate goal is to put on 10-15lbs of solid muscle. I know a lot of water weight will come with test. Might take more than one cycle, I'm not sure how my body will respond, but we will find out in a few months

If I had to choose someone as the perfect example of being ready for a first cycle it would be you. You clearly have a firm grasp on diet and training and have build an excellent base. Solid work and welcome to ASF.

Solid first cycle, i regret taking 600mg a week when i first ran my cycle. Should've grabbed more info from others and stuck to a lower dose of 300 like you did. cheers, best of luck to you

Update. Week three over tomorrow, no pump in photo and already almost as full as when I had a pump. Went from my casual low of 135lbs to 141lbs already. Normally it would take about a month and a half to get back up 5lbs, with extra heavy eating and less training(because my metabolism is so high), everyone tells me it's only water at this point, but I can already push harder in the gym, little bit more acne than normal on my face, more oily face and hair, no nipple sensitivity, horny as fuk, wake up hard every day, less depression, a little bit of anger through out week during unwanted situations, more confidence, and feeling alpha. Can't wait to start breaking barriers, stay tuned for more.

I was tracking for a few days before I started, and now I just guesstimate in my head. I was averaging about 2,000-2,200 calories, just eating a normal 4 meals a day, so I added a mass gainer smoothie in the morning, and that's another 1250 plus the fruits I add, a yogurt and also a few handfuls of peanuts here n there. I'm at about 150grams protein. Average of 300 grams of carbs. I hear so many different things on diet, I don't know what to believe, I've done three different diet calculators lol. Any advise? I would rather over eat, get gains, plus fat, and burn off the fat later, because it's easy for me to do.

Today I had a smoothie, (banana, cup and a half of almond milk, scoop of mass gainer, scoop of mixed veggies) about (750 calories) worked out back and bis, had a roast beef wrap, cheese, and the works (500 calories), a bacon, eggs, cheese, bagel(500), then pasta with spaghetti/meat sauce, and peppers, with slice of bread(roughly 300 cal), then two yogurts, granola, dinner was sausage links, potato's, green beans, cornbread, (700cal), before bed as a desert, another smoothie but with 2cups mixed fruit, half scoop of protein, drizzle of chocolate syrup for flavor. (600 cal) So roughly 3,300 cal might have some peanuts and cashews, if I stay up any later and get hungry. Took magnesium, zinc, fish oil, vitamin D, ashwagandha, and GNC blood pressure mix this morning as well. No estrogen sides, other than a little bit of acne. A bit all around fuller, upper chest filling in a bit, a couple extra veins popping up. Never been over 145lbs at this body fat percentage, so it's all breaking barriers from here on. Stay tuned for more!

Hey brother, we don't delete threads normally unless it's spam. We don't do any censoring, but I did remove your photos upon request for privacy and security if that was your concern. But other than that, once content is up, it's up.
