Couple days into Week 5 and gained another 5lbs, 141 to 146. All my lifts went up about 20-30lbs so far, been trying to eat like a mad man. Today I had a smoothie, (banana, cup and a half of almond milk, scoop of mass gainer, scoop of mixed veggies) about (750 calories) worked out back and bis, had a roast beef wrap, cheese, and the works (500 calories), a bacon, eggs, cheese, bagel(500), then pasta with spaghetti/meat sauce, and peppers, with slice of bread(roughly 300 cal), then two yogurts, granola, dinner was sausage links, potato's, green beans, cornbread, (700cal), before bed as a desert, another smoothie but with 2cups mixed fruit, half scoop of protein, drizzle of chocolate syrup for flavor. (600 cal) So roughly 3,300 cal might have some peanuts and cashews, if I stay up any later and get hungry. Took magnesium, zinc, fish oil, vitamin D, ashwagandha, and GNC blood pressure mix this morning as well. No estrogen sides, other than a little bit of acne. A bit all around fuller, upper chest filling in a bit, a couple extra veins popping up. Never been over 145lbs at this body fat percentage, so it's all breaking barriers from here on.
