maybe in Pakistan but not Americans man, there are very few and its the best life you can possibly live in the USA, imhoEveryone was doing it a few generations back

There’s actually a special category of bankruptcy for family farmers — Chapter 12 — that has unique provisions that are more favorable to the debtor than any other bankruptcy chapter.Lease some hunters some hunting land? Log it out? Whatever you do don’t sell the land or the house… you might be able to work the bankruptcy process to your benefit and end up keeping your property too…. I’ve seen it happen… don’t ask me how…. seems some folks luck out..
Sell the beefers…. Auction your equipment… switch gears for a bit, if the soil is good, grow crops?
Get a second job….
Your neighbors will kill you (rightfully so) if you are able to go the commercial housing route…. I’m sure of it.
