I do those and against the wall for strict form.Standing curl with the ez bar. Moderate weight for 10-12 solid reps. I like it better than preacher curls. Seems to work better for me.

It's great with the short MAG grip and holding palms inward. My gym has 3 lengths of the MAGs and the shortest ones are great for close grip movements and the angled grip feels amazing! In a pinch a V-grip works quite well too.Imma try this![]()
No I haven't done pushdowns with the short MAG grip but ought to give that a try as been using the rope for pushdowns for years.I'm not trying to get off topic with this thread I know its about bicep exercises but MindlessWork have you tried doing pushdowns with the short mag grip its awesome



Yeah that’s a great one.Standing dual cable curls leaning forward with deep stretch and pause.
2 sets DBs 2 sets rope.. 4 x 20Hammer curls are a good pump.
