I've never run deca. I thought about doing all long esters, hex/deca/EQ, but didn't want to run Deca & EQ together for the first time.

I've been on low dose deca for at least six months for joint pain. I love it.

My left elbow has been bothering me for years. On deca it's not noticeable.
