Good evening everyone, I am about 7 weeks into a TRT regiment that has me at a low 135mg/week dose which I am splitting between 2 days. I’m a bit heavy still so it’s hard to tell what’s what, but it appears as though my nipples may be getting a little puffy. I was also prescribed aromasin for the AI, which I didn’t use until I noticed symptoms. So my question is, did I wait too long? Am I jumping the gun on starting the AI? And does the puffiness go away with the AI use? I’m a complete newb to this world but was hoping to ease my way into more gear this summer as I lean out, but want to make sure I can avoid the unsightly gyno side effects first and foremost. Thanks in advance for any help!

Can’t say definitively without blood work, but yeah, puffy nipples are sometimes a sign of high estrogen. I’m also on Trt (160 mgs per week), and am a high aromatizer. I am also sensitive to the effects of estrogen, so when I get over 65, I get puffy all over (nips included) and start tearing up at hallmark commercials.
Pinning every other day helps remedy this.

Hey dude If you want to get labs on your own in between doc visits you can order them on PrivateMDlabs.com. A few states like NY aren't eligible to use this service though... But it's great and really easy. Blood work is the only way to know for sure what's going on as many have already said.

That said, when I first began running test I noticed a slight "fullness" (for lack of a better term) in my nippples. Just the tips. I get blood work a lot and my levels are always good so I'm guessing a little sensitivity and swelling could be normal. Obviously, consult with your doc when you can.

Thank you for the link, I agree it’s better to know for sure than to guess!
