Day 21 tasks are a wrap. Day won and complete. Did my outside workout in a bit of a snow storm. Really got me thinking about how we enjoy comfort to much. We don't do things during unpleasant conditions. We typically need things just right but a select few just get it done regardless. No excuses, no bullshit, just do the work... Thanks everyone for checking in and the support!!

A buddy and I were talking about exactly this last week. It was mostly in the context of getting his grown kids to go to church with him though. The excuses...I have a little bit of a sore throat....my kid has a friend staying the night before....it's supposed to be windy. I told him exactly what you said...things have to be EXACTLY right for people to make a change (exactly right in their mind anyway).

We as humans normally take the path of least resistance. Generally anything that requires effort we will come up with a excuse to not do it like you examples. It's imperative to stop thinking then do what you know needs to be done. The "perfect" conditions never come.

HELP PEOPLE THROUGH DARK TIMES

No matter who you are or what you do...

You can always help someone in need.

In fact ... I would argue this is the single best strategy for your own success and happiness in life.

We've all had to live through dark times...

We've all felt down and defeated...

We've all felt like throwing in the towel...

We've all had times that are just hard...

I’m not talking about the professional victimhood “hard” that is so popular these days…

I’m talking about the few real hard times in our lives when we really don’t know if we’ll make it through…

...and what most of us really need most during times like these ... is a little bit of help & support.

That doesn't mean monetary support either...

Many times ... a simple conversation is all that's needed.

A little encouragement...

Someone to listen...

Someone to be there...

Someone to care.

We need to be reminded that we aren’t alone and it’s not just you.

You can be that for someone.

It doesn’t take much.

Not only is it the right thing to do...

But these people will always remember who helped them through their darkest times.

When you truly care and show up for people in their time of need...

They will always reciprocate that care by showing up for you in yours.

Never forget that.

Quit holding onto thoughts such as...

"Only bad things happen to me."

"I wasn't born to be great."

"I don't have the skills that other people have."

These negative stories you tell yourself will trap you inside a self-fulfilling prophecy of perpetual struggle in life.

Most people end up becoming so much less than they could have been because they don't think highly of themselves.

...and because they can never overcome this mindset of “not being good enough”…

Their thoughts set a limit on their potential.

Understand this...

Your identity is your choice.

Until you can start focusing on making forward progress and stomping on the beliefs that limit your growth...

You will always be less than what you could be.

Be that bad motherfucker that lives inside you that only you know about.

The world needs it.
 
Day 22 has been won. All tasks complete once again!!!
 
Day 23 has arrived with a special gift of snow and ice... Yesterday into this morning I'm finally feeling a bit tired. That won't stop me from charging full speed ahead. Workout 1 is done with a push from my "coach" making sure I don't slack off. He never left my side as normal when I have to workout at home..

Current stats because there is a fitness element to this.

Bodyweight 290.2 my weight can swing 5 lbs daily either way fyi

Supplements. Trt of .5 ml from the church. Roughly 125-150mgs ofTest c ATM but have e as well.

Multi vitamin, caffeine, vitamin D3, GABA before bed, Zinc, Saw palmetto, stinging needle and pumpkin seed extract combo.
What's the stinging needle combo for?

Good luck! Two and half months isn't that bad it you can slip. Two and a half months without slipping could be forever for anyone not already used to being very disciplined. Good luck bro and I'm in for the challenge and the changes!!

Thanks I appreciate it... It's a support for urinary and prostate. I just started taking it. I do have to piss less at night then I use to. So it seems to work. I bought it off Amazon

Bro that's the only thing that stops me from getting into rem sleep. I never sleep more than 2.5 hours before I have to go. Thanks. I'm gonna give this a shot.

Day 25 is here. 1/3 of the way into my journey. Woke up sluggish today. Physically and mentally so far. It shall pass soon I'm guessing. Have a kick ass day everyone!!! Win and dominate all your tasks!!

Day 25 is complete. Outside workout was in a slow steady snow fall. No wind so that was a bonus. Good overall day.
 
My day 27 today. Still have about 1/3 gallon of the water to drink. I’m going to be up pissing all night. My prostate is swollen too right now from masteron 😔

You keep pushing, keep up the good work as well!!! One day I fell behind on my water consumption and had to down almost half a gallon in a few hours before bed. I pissed every 45 minutes it felt like thru the night. So I've been there before. I try to get my water in by about 7 hours after waking to avoid that issue. How's the foot doing?

For sure. I have found when I take certain supplements in the morning I don’t want to drink water at all. All day. So those days when 5pm rolls around I get stressed lol
 
Day 26... Had to tell my Bitch voice to fuck off this morning. After 4 1/2 hours sleep my alarm went off to get my workout done before I start my day. I shut off the alarm and laid in bed for 3 minutes. Then was like bitch get up and get it done before you need to get ready for your day. This is a rare case it happens but overcame the urge to push it to later when it could have put me in a bind.

Sorry I forgot to respond. Feet feel great! I have a 5k scheduled downtown this Saturday. Just going to alternate between light running and walking for the workouts until the race. But I’m really aiming for a good time for a non runner. But yeah man, feet and entire body are pretty healthy and functional. Walking several days in a row for the outside workout was enough for them to heal.

Day 26 all tasks complete, the day has been won. It wasn't exactly easy today with some mental and physical fatigue raising it's head. Fought through regardless and was victorious!!!!
