Well, I'm a Cuba Rican so we always just threw that shit in the pot... I can totally cook rice to perfection, but the steamer is just a step above. I also don't throw the chorizo and all that other crazy shit in there when lifting because of the sneaky fats that ho with it.

Its actually up from yesterday as I posted an incorrect weight from another day.... glasses on!

Hit the Friday Push complete with the beloved FML7s on the lateral raises... damn do they throw a pump on!

The rest of the workout went well despite the gym being kinda full this morning. I wonder if people are treating it like the supermarket with the snow coming in... ya know.. gotta get milk and eggs... gotta get a bench press in?
In any event, I'm on for another 12 hours of fun... be safe out there and have a great day.

Morning weight 180.4!

I had check-in with coach yesterday and I'm set for the week. Coach added Double Drops on ALL upper body as well as a single RP on ALL legs.
I really have to throw some appreciation out here. I am by no means a Bodybuilder. My experience is just picking shit up and putting it down!
The difference between what I thought I knew, and what coach has shown me in this short time is literally night and day.
I remember just basically killing myself with 10x10 sets, crazy drop sets and just outdated thoughts and routines. I am 30 something weeks into my work with @Meetketchup , and the difference imho is noticeable.
Thank you coach, I appreciate your dedication and your patience. HOOYAH!

Get yourself a zoijirushi rice cooker.

They do more then just cook rice.
 
ANNNNNNDDDDD Sunday morning Cardio is out da way! I may have had a quick run of V-Tach... NBD and as long as there's a pulse with it!

HR hit 175 for a minute or 2... I caught it on the machine and I'm waiting for the phone to update the watch and see if it was there too.

That's what I get for being less than dedicated to my Cardio... I was fucking around with the screen and timed out for the HR Pic... session Pic below.

Morning weight 179.4

Weight is holding nicely even with the new Low Carb days.
The back is still sore and tight so there's another wasted day. I am at work, but only because I'm out of time AND you have to work the day before a holiday to get the extra holiday, day... H.R. bullshit and the difference between time and a half and double time... sooooo.
I slept fairly well despite the pain and I have noticed an increase in night time sweating!
IDK which it is, the saturation levels of the PEDS, or that and the addition of the HGH. I average 2-3 Tee shirts a night now for the last week or two?... weird?
No other issues and I don't come out of it dehydrated... just gonna be the way it is for now.
I have a mid-week check in with coach tomorrow and we'll see what we see.

WOW! Talk about New Year's commitments LOL... Morning weight 176.4!!! People who are trying to drop weight would hate me to the core!

The combo of HGH and diet are on point! I've had a few consecutive low carb days due to falling down the stairs at the beginning of the week and I can't believe that I had a 4 pound drop overnight!

I'm waiting for the gym to open in another 20 minutes, then I'll go see how things feel. The back is still sore, but it ain't broken so it's time to get back on the stick.

I'm looking forward to this upcoming year. Things at work are starting to look really settled and there MB a Supervisor spot coming up. I ran medical at Kandahar Airfield for a DynaCorp International Sub as well as other agencies, so this is really second nature shit to me.

I'm also curious to see where coach and I take this thing. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up so... LOL.

In any event... I'm gonna grab some carbs for this Now High Day... 520Gs to go! Scale pic below.

So.... Monday upper on a Thursday, is in da book.

Shoulders were FRIED with the Double Drops coach threw on ALL upper body shit.

It honestly felt good to be back i and working out. The strength was there and once I got the back settled in, I had no pain from the fall whatsoever. Leg day MB another story and I'll see how that rolls tomorrow when I do rhe Tuesday Legs A.

Food is moving along and I'm actually hungry today. I plotted out my meals up to lunch and snacks and finishing up with dinner should round the numbers right up.

I got some Cardio on the crappy recline bike, and then a little more shoveling the walkway since we caught some more snow last night.
