I kid you not when I was competing in strongman and using winny at 50+mgs a day, my strength was so explosive it looked retarded.
Even though this was 12 years ago. I only weighed maybe 210lbs. Look how I made these weights look like toys.
This is not bragging, rather me giving hard work and winny the credit.
I am amazed by this compound, but since I hit about 35-37 years old I cant use winny. I get horrific hand and elbow and joint cramps in 2 days or less. Horrible leg cramps and just too dry.
When I was younger I was blasting it non stop with no recourse.
Can anyone else relate?

Joking aside I started to use that move 20yrs ago or so, I tried to come up with an exercise that I could use for takedown defense, I haven’t use it for a long time but funny enough I was thinking about it recently.
