Do Artificially Sweetened Beverages Make It Harder to Maintain Weight Loss?

Many studies show that people that drink sugar free drinks tend to be over weigh more often and some studies show weigh is gained with people that choose that type of drink. People tend to support what d=fits their agenda i find. I find water has always worked well for me. So i don't drink sugar free.

That's correlation vs causation

8 or so years ago I dropped close to 70 lbs while drinking and eating only Stevia as a sweetener in a keto diet. No alteration to blood glucose from Stevia at all, checked constantly with a meter. So I cant speak to any other of the artificial sweeteners but I stand by Stevia being the best option I know of. Definitely did not seem to hinder Weight-loss.

I just go with what ever is ,is what it is. People will play things off to support their opinions. I could care less what people do. As we tend to be people that inject things into our body health likely isn't the biggest priority. It is more a secondary issue for many. But if something doesn't have a real benefit i tend to avoid it.
