So I've used deca before and experienced relief from joint pain. Just got done with doctor and I have bad arthritis in my hip bone on bone in places. So he said no more squats and take it easy. I'm probably gonna big to get the cortisone shot and see if it helps. Wonder if deca at low dose would help?

I'd suggest nandrolone as a last resort, try other alternatives first..Have you considered the combination of Glucosamine and MSM? The combination has been clinically proven to provide dramatic relief..Glucosamine proved to have greater effects over MSM, but not by much, but in a separate group they found it to trump the other groups (in solo administration) in the pain ratio and inflammation when stacked..It was an unbiased trial that was focusing on the economical trade off with results vs expensive treatments..

See how you make out before adding anymore hormones to the pool, because it may prove to be completely unnecessary..It may not hurt at low dosages, and to take into great consideration if you're currently on TRT it may have some effects and influences in other areas that you may wish to avoid, aside from possibly being futile.. Just a suggestion!

I picked up some glucosamine/chondroitin/msm gonna give it a try. Wonder how long before you can see any effects?

It will take some time, like anything else.. See how you weather man, it may assist or it may prove not to work in your case..If all fails, try nandrolone and take advantage of its direct and indirect properties..

I wish you luck brother, keep us posted!

I hope it works I got a months supply so if I see no difference I may discontinue. I've used deca before and believe it helped. In fact I quit using deca about 6 months ago and the pain has been getting worse. Thanks for all the input

Deca used to help me with any pain. Now it's not really helping my wrists I wonder if the Deca that I'm using is underdosed or my wrists are just shot. When I was younger I was super athletic and I was playing basketball with some guys who I considered to be my friends but one guy pushed me in the back when I beat him to my left, I went up to dunk and he pushed me and I landed on my wrist funny and 20 years later it still hurts

Been taking a glucosamine/condroitin/msm for about a week seems like might be a slight improvement but I know it will take 4-6 weeks to see full results

I'm dealing with similar issue in my Elbow, after 20+ years of heavy lifting. I have bursitis and apparently some mild arthritis in the area. I use sleeves anytime I press heavy just to take some of the pain away.

Deca def temporarily seemed to ease it a bit, but when I got off, it came right back.

I am doing Epsom Salt soaks, and talking to my current Ortho/surgeon (from my recent Quad tear/surgery) I think we are gonna try the cortisone shot. If that doesn't help, we are going to do a mild surgery and remove some of the bone chips, bursitis and any scar tissue, etc..and go from there.

I also have looked into "adequan" a bit, which is used in Horses and other vet applications and seems to have some promise for joints.

For Temporary Topical relief you can go to Tractor Supply and get Absorbine JR. Vet linament (pictured below) stuff works like a charm to relieve temporary pain. Again they use this on racing horses legs. I picked this up while training Strongman about a decade ago. Many guys in Worlds Strongest Man use this for temporary relief. It's safe and effective. Also can look into "Equiblock" which is basically like pepper spray in a gel and when you apply it to an area, it completely deadens any pain or feeling in the area. Its hot, but it works too.

Good luck to you.
