The Naftalovich brothers scored a patent for the use of PTFE as a nondigestible meal additive for increasing the feeling of satiety (US Patent 9924736B2). They had to abandon the idea though. The US Food and Drug Administration would not approve PTFE’s use as a food additive, and efforts to do human clinical trials were unsuccessful.

noticed yesterday got super bloated and distended for some reason, was kinda uncomfortable. digestion and stuff was kinda off.
also bjj cardio was super mid yesterday, was gonna get some make up cardio but one thing noticed my steps were absurdly low
even for a bjj day. generally i get about 7k on bjj days when i got home was about 3.5k. wtf. my body playing tricks on me.
anyways went ahead and caught up on steps at least to keep that NEAT the same. took about 22 min on tread.

got a good push today and bjj was a bit better. just gonna keep an eye on my steps since somehow im not moving as much.

felt way better today, and first posing session in the books.
distention / bloating almost 100% gone, and luckily right before posing session (TMI incoming) emptied my guts right before and just felt sooo much better lol.

posing session holy moly was some work. I thought it was gonna be an hour, and as soon as we started I was like oh fuck im not gonna make it an hour lol.
luckily only 30 min but man I saw some crazy improvements very quickly. I started out fairly flat and by the time was over had a really good pump and started looking pretty good.
posing coach mentioned i had great quads and good struture/symmetry. :giggle:

leg day went fucking good as well. I think primo kicking in now because was looking at myself in the mirror and just felt like i looked really dry as fuck and good.
having a great morning lol. Also got 6 hours of sleep last night which felt soo freaking good.

bjj cardio was not good so gonna have some make up cardio today for sure. keep things in line.

Bed is doing work.
Its perfect for me being more of a back sleeper. Its a little too firm for side sleeping, but i fall asleep flat as a board and don't move much. Hoping for another 6 tonight 🙏.

Curious to see after all this if with more calories i start getting 7s. Thatd be sweet. We will see!

Tattoo october and my wife got another cruise for christmas 🙄.

Not worried should be wicked easy. No bread lol. Rice veg tuna turkey oats cognee. I guess a little bread when im off boat, maybe i can pack the oats with me 🤔.

I was fairly successful last time and i think i can do even better knowing what i know now. Easy!

The food situation is the only knock but theres options for sure.
Just the temptation is extreme.

Free pizza hotdogs icecream its insane.

The free coffee is nice. They also had thischai coffee tea that was like some type of Indian style. Idk what it was but was tasty.

I looked up the gym they have on this one and its legit as hell. Full hammer strength setup with smiths. Ill be good on this one for sure.

The one I was on was like a mini planet fitness. Was okay got good work.

they have an all you can drink package thats like 60 - 85 bucks a day, price fluctuates. you can literally drink as much as you want lol. all free/paid for.
although if you want to get your moneys worth, you gotta drink like 6-8 drinks a day, but that sounds like childs play for you lol.

back in my hey day, i wouldve probably been banned lol and come back 20lbs heavier easy lol.

Do you like cabbage at all? If you do,you could try cabbage boiled in chicken broth to mix it up. I like it, very filling, lots of vitamins + fiber, low low calorie.
