Well I don’t get my bloods done as much as I should, 5 foot 7, 163 pounds at the end of my cut, body fat roughly 11-12%, age 26 also need a good place to get bloods done all online would be nice, 400 test 200 npp last cycle

Run labs. Order a subscription through rhythm if you don't want to pay a lot just for a baseline. Recheck every 4 weeks.. Got to keep an eye on those numbers especially hdl hematocrit and such... Only time I worry about e2 is if I start having symptoms. E2 over 100 I run arimidex. Like 1/2 a pill per week unless I'm having terrible mood swings. If you grow tits take nolvadex. I'm still a noob though so there's that lol. Haven't had to run ai but maybe once of twice for a few weeks

I’ve seen people use 0.25-0.5 mg arimidex or 12.5-25 mg aromasin for every 250 mg of test

How was your E2 on 400 test/200 NPP?
