Hello!
So I’ve finally finished my first cycle with great results! I’ve been on trt for over a year now, started at 275 pounds at 5’10, eventually got down to 260 pounds with 19% body fat. Did my first cycle about 3 months ago which got me down to 250 pounds at 13.5% body fat. My cycle was 400mg test c with 200mg primo. The primo kicked my ass as far as pip. Now I’m in search for a new cycle. Definitely still have some body fat I wouldn’t mind losing
But, would love to get even bigger arms. Any friendly advice would be appreciated. Currently on my standard trt dose of 200mg.

Just for reference, I was thinking test at 400mg, tren 150mg, mastreon. Let me know what you think!

I am not sue if you have experience with tren or not but it is a whole different animal. You can get some very good physic changing results with low dosage and minimal sides. I would recommend you study the sides and be prepared to deal with it if you start experiencing.

200tren, 200mast. 200test.

Trust me I compete at 300mg with each. Start slow.

You know I'm going to be honest I myself eventually will use tren at some point I already have a few vials collecting dust but what I'm going to run first is going to be dhb I heard that's a good starting point if you search it in the search bar you will find a lot of great info about it from @Vision and the people from psl and @Phill Has a good log with it
 
You've only done one cycle, it's not the time to use tren.

250 at 5'10 and 13% bodyfat is absolutely huge, let's see a photo of your current physique.

In which cycle you started using tren? Is it always ratio 1:1 with Test? U wrote 200 tren, 200 test. How does it changed ur shape excatctly? I'm curious.

I was thinking the same.

OP just run some test and Mast. If your diet and training are good they'll do their job.

Ronnie was so good he defied the laws of physics.
I have seen results showing negative BF long ago. The algorithms are built off the average and the farther a person is from that the less accurate they seem to be. And what a person eats can effect the results . The difference between a burrito and a big salad meal was noticeable too. A couple decades ago. Maybe the have better math now.
 
@ruffus The most accurate I ever used was hydrostatic testing. I was lucky enough do testing on the Islanders decades ago on Long Island. Still dependent on how much air you could physically blow out of your lungs before submerging, but overall was accurate af. Archimedes' principle FTW. :)

Ive been cycling and competing for 30 years and will turn 60 in November. First tone I used Tren was 2!years ago.
Show time I run 300/300/300 and never exceed. Trust me all my life I’ve been using low dosage. If your diet, cardio and training is on point very little heat will show dramatic changes.

Probably according to some Amazon scale that shows us at 4%
Doctors uses those wonky machines they call "very accurate". HE must have got his numbers from the same one i was put on a few years back. I was fat as hell and was told 13 percent. Even i lol at it. i was clearly in the 20's percent
 
In my pic I am about 12 to 14%. Show time I am at 4 to 5% and let me tell you that’s a whole different ball game. Most of brother miss their bodyfat by at least 5%

13.5% where did you get that number??
 
Thanks for all the responses! Masteron is something Ive been researching a lot, maybe with some NPP. With my line of work, angry issues wouldn’t go so well, so I try to avoid any emotional side effects. Obviously with a low dose I can have a different outcome so maybe worth a shot.

I got my BF done twice, this past month. First was with a full body composition test measuring health metric, like VO2 max and HR recovery, That test came back at 17% but was only measured with a 3 point caliber test. I figured that number was way too good at the time. So I went and got a 9 point test which came back at 13.5%. Essentially I need to go get a dexa scan.

I have lose skin in my abdomen which I need a tummy tuck for removal, sucks but that’s the result of this weight loss

DHB or NPP are good alternatives to Tren. Try one of those first. 300 NPP or 300-400 DHB would give you great results with Test if your nutrition is spot on
