Question bud.. You pound a disgusting amount of food each day. It's impressive. I love to eat, but my digestion is always my limiting factor in a growth phase. This next grow phase, I'd like to do everything I can to eat in a surplus for a substantial amount of time. I have oral BPC and KPV coming, sunfiber, betaine hcl + pepsin, etc. Are you just blessed to have great digestion, or are you doing anything like this to allow you to move food through you the way you do?

Haha thanks man. I don’t like to eat and my digestion is my limiting factor. I believe digestion is the limiting factor for every bodybuilder who pushes food hard.

I don’t do anything for my digestion other than magnesium oxide before bed with Metamucil. I space my meals out and often find myself sitting and waiting to shit before I can eat another meal due to lack of space. It sucks. That’s why I’m up in the middle of the night getting my last meal in.

Dried pineapple helps too along with pickled onions. Otherwise I just suck it up and push as hard as I can man.

Pickled onions sounds amazing. I've eaten kimchi and sauerkraut and that never helps.
