Hi all, I recently had bloodwork done and received my results. I’d like to share them and get feedback, suggestions, both positive and negative. I have a script for TRT, but I only use it when traveling. I’ve been using @SB Labs Test C -250. Currently, I’m pinning a total of 175mg per week, which I break it down to .20ml every other day (50mg). I started this range in the middle of December of '25. Based on my total testosterone levels, it appears I may be a hyper-responder, so I’m considering lowering my dose to around 125–150 mg per week. I know my E2 is a bit high, but at this time, I’m not experiencing any noticeable side effects. My last pin was Tuesday, 4/7, with the labs completed Friday (4/10) morning. The day before, I drank about 1.5 gallons of water. Friday morning, I walked 7 miles at the house, just moving because I knew I shouldn't go to the gym.


About me, I'm 5'10", 41 y/o, 179lbs, I work out 6 days a week, and shoot for 10-15k steps a day in total, along with additional cardio. I log and track everything in the "Lose It" app.

Your test numbers are pretty high. I would shoot for 800 - 1000 ng/dL if you want to dial in your trt. That high long term might give you issues in the long run. What you have is too high. Most of the tests that are in the red are at the edge of normal like AST and ALT and those can be in that slight out of range values from exercise. When they get into the 100s then there could be concern. Your estrogen I would not touch if it was mine. Estrogen a little high is cardio and neuroprotective. Your creatinine is a little high. If you were really active the day before, were dehydrated or taking creatine those can shift it up a little. If you remain concerned you can do a cystatin c test which does not have those issues and is a good kidney marker.

Overall, if it was me. I would cut the test to 100 mg per week and test again in 6-8 weeks. You system is a little bit stressed probably from moving and the high test level. Save the superphysiologic for periods when you want to push things to improve your physique and/or performance.

Great advice @Glycomann. Get the test were you need it without being super physiological, add GH to get the IGF to your sweet spot
