Thank you bro! Appreciate you.

Honestly I don’t know. I’m chasing a look/physique not a division at this point. I don’t know if it’ll be worthwhile/healthy to try to make my classic cap. Don’t really have my eyes set on competing soon. The focus is still on filling in the gaps. I’m not there yet, but I’m getting closer!
I'm hoping you won't chase the cap. I think you will have a very impressive physique once you let classic go. I love the answer you gave, chasing the physique instead of being held back by the cap. Get it man!

Agreed. In the same breath, I also refuse to chase mass for just the sake of mass for open. It will be a balance.

For me, I think guys like Brandao, earlier Dennis wolf, Milos, Roman fritz have open physiques that are still aesthetic.
Dennis Wolf is IMO, is the most underrated bodybuilder of the last couple eras.

He was crazy looking, huge x frame. If his lats had inserted a few inches lower he would have won multiple olympias

Dennis Wolf was the biggest dude I’ve ever seen in person. Seen Phil health a few times and Dennis wolf just seemed crazier to me.

Dennis was Massive. Exactly as Monte said... He had high lats.
I always loved the way he looked, Kept his waist pretty tight in the early years and controlled it well in his older days. Way underrated. In person he dwarfed everyone. He had to be 4' wide delt to delt.

I know I'm late to the party, but when are these "snacks" eaten in respect to your other meals?
Whenever I want lol. Coach wants chocolate eaten second half of the day. Bagel snack anytime I can fit it in.

I somehow forgot the chocolate in my previous changes. I’ve had that in my plan about a month now.

Oh you know 160+ 2-3hrs post prandial and not coming down lol.

My eyes got swollen and vision was crazy blurry. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Oh damn lol. Thats rough! What’s your Lantus dose based on? Is there a certain number if you start going over you up the dose?
