See you say that until you’re actually doing it. Force feeding isn’t fun — especially clean food.

It’s fun for the first week or two and then becomes such a fucking chore.
 
Oh I know haha I’ve been up there especially when I was working with Bleu. When we really pushed the food at first I was miserable setting an alarm some nights just to wake up and have a meal but once I got adjusted to it I was always fucking hungry for the next one my body was a furnace. There would be heavy trainings scheduled I’d get told now on top of all that to have some fatty steak or an extra sushi meal and I’d be excited 🤣

Yep I set the alarm for the last meal sometimes when I’m behind lol.

Tbh I’m never hungry for my meals currently. I notice when my blood sugar starts dropping that I need to eat for my first few meals. By the end of the day I’m force feeding.

My fats get pretty high, and I notice that just crushes my appetite.

Bleu is a low fat guy though right?
Yeah depends on what supps and stuff he has you on as well big protein and carbs for sure I did have some high fat weeks etc.

I have to say the lantus helped me for sure when I was eating that much. I didn’t need it cause easily wasn’t getting blown out hit wore a waist trainer as well for a little at first

The thing I hated the most was it was just so much fucking prepping for the week is tru and find every trick in the book to prep it all in bulk ahead of time 🤣

Yeah Lantus is a staple for me not turning diabetic in the off season. Lol

Beef Stu was my old coach who literally mirrored Bleu’s protocols. Had me on close to 550g protein at the end before we parted ways. Fuck that

Not a great chest day yesterday. 99% sure I retore/strained my pec warming up on incline smith. Set the bench wrong where the bar came down too high. First rep with 455 felt a searing in my left pec, the one I tore in 2023. I decided to push through, and by rep 4, it just got really painful. I was able to still finish my chest workout with very particular form on every exercise.

The good news is the previous pec tear was a tear in the muscle, so it healed pretty quickly. Will likely avoid pressing heavy for 2 weeks and up my gh to 10iu a day to get this healed. Some minor bruising today and pain, but I really don’t think this is too bad. Just bummed I missed out on a good workout.
