Buddy brought me 100mgs of tren base to try preworkout. Shit is nuts. Felt like I was cracked out. Strength and focus was incredible. The comedown/crash was so horrible though that I’ll never use it again. I will say, the smell of that toxic guiacol…there’s nothing quite like it. image0.jpeg
 
Slept about 2hrs Friday night, as my client competed Saturday. Still managed to train chest after the show on Saturday night! Slept pretty much all day today, so I’m recovered finally. Will be interesting to see how check ins look tomorrow.

His training style is almost perfect to me with muscle contraction have you tried the incline barbell bench press with the curved bar yet he does it's insane sore for like 3 days
I haven’t actually seen him do that, but I’m guessing it’s a camber bar incline yeah? That much stretch scares me lol. I train chest kind of like a pussy nowadays since I tore my pec a couple years ago. Mainly stick to smith machine and machines…sometimes dumbbells.
 
Ya I don't go heavy I do maybe 100 pounds slow and control on it tears me up it's funny I use to train heavy throw weights around then started watching erick janki rp and Nick Walker training with lighter weight just feeling the contractions and I felt like I wasted so much time haha I've grown more doing lighter weights with control than the other way

Also.. what was the comedown with tren no ester like?

I have some Mtren I haven’t touched in a while, maybe I’ll dabble with that on my next leg day. That shit makes me angry as hell though, just pure rage and adrenaline

never used tren base though. Is it more of an adrenaline crash after, or maybe more of a mental dopamine kind of a crash since tren messes with dopamine levels?

Dude, hip thrusts at the start of leg day are absolutely miserable, but I feel like I’m already seeing them grow. I realized that the reason I have to get so overdieted for my glutes to come in is because I have no glutes to begin with 😂. Hoping to fix that.

The comedown was so awful I will never touch that shit again. I felt like I was on speed in the gym — talking fast, crazy motivated to train, weights felt light. As I drove home afterwards my vision started to go blurry and I felt like I had rhabdo. By the time I got home, I passed out on the couch for about 2-3 hours. The lady tried to wake me up, and I was seeing 3 of her. I swear on my life the dopamine crash was miserable. Couldn’t move, couldn’t keep my eyes open, etc. After 3 hours of sleeping on the couch, I was good to go lol.

I keep my tren doses moderateish usually. The highest I’ve gone was this last prep, and it was ~500mgs of ace per week. So idk if I’m just sensitive or what. I also know that since my show I struggled for the first 4-6 weeks with a dopamine withdrawal from everything. So maybe this made the tren base comedown worse? I don’t know.

Never used mtren. Shit scares me. In my experience, nothing I’ve taken has come close to tren base in the way it made me feel in the gym. I’ve used a fair bit of halo, tren, Anadrol, superdrol, test base, test suspension etc. And even though I loved the feeling in the gym, never fucking again…ever
 
Oh I forgot to mention, it caused my already abnormally fucked up gh hands to look INSANELY swollen. I literally took pictures that night, as I was so shocked.
