Has anyone on here every used Chris’s coaching service? How was the experience? I was thinking about using him and was looking for some feedback

Yes, He has been advertising his services for some time. I don't know how much he charges.

How much does he charge? Don’t know who he is btw
There are priced for his services on the page I linked.

Kinda expensive for what you get I think. Seems cookie cutter too, could be wrong. There’s coaches that even tailor drug use according to goals.

I think if you email him with specifics in what your looking for the price might be suitable? He asks to be emailed before purchasing any plan probally for that reason.

As always, I typically try to steer people away from the cookie cutter looking overpriced coaches. You are going to get copy paste plans and they care very little as a whole about your personal needs and growth. I don't know much on him specifically, but it seems to fit that mold imo. I have several people I can recommend, and I personally charge far less and offer a personalized experience to people and have had excellent results with my guys, all personalized to their needs and daily contact. Just my two cents

Yep, my point exactly. To me a coach, especially outside of the competitive realm is used as more of a personal contact and extra set of eyes. If they have too many clients/aren't willing to add that personalized touch... there just isn't a point to it.

Personally, I will only work with a coach I can meet with in person. Who has the knowledge to personalize a program. I had a guy in my mid 30s who was Excellent. He had the nutritional knowledge. New how to create a lifting program. Plus could coach on aas also. He was a small time competitive bodybuilder in the area. Who made a life and a business out of his career.

Yeah the local touch is really nice, unfortunately not much in the way of that around me. Two of the guys I coach live in my neighborhood and its a real nice feeling being able to meet with them and get some workouts in here and there.

Chris is a good coach. He does a lot of work with people who have gut issues, IBS, etc.

Most online coaching is cookie-cutter.
The best coaching is someone who will work directly with you and customize (for real) your instruction. Id save the money if I was you.
