Chicken & Rice

SB Labs
Stop eating breast for a while and add some chicken thighs, spice them up and put it on the grill every night

For the rice, add some sweet chili Thai sauce, a little olive oil and a little real butter while it’s in the steamer or cooker and stir it well while it’s cooking

These are game changers, it doest even resemble chicken and rice most of have spent way too long eating

I've been doing chili ramen, jail style..add chicken. I put in 4-6 Ritz crackers..I sprinkle garlic powder, and add a ton of franks hot sauce or siracha. Chop up a scallion and then pick the buffalo chicken off a bone or take some rotisserie chicken and add it in. Make sure u use extra water to have broth.

I'm telling you this is addictive

I copied it from a YouTube influencee who eats massive amounts of food and he went to thailand and got such a meal

It's very healthy and very addictive

Sometimes I wake up at 1 am and come make a bowl and eat it ..it clears your sinuses totally.

Eating chicken and rice every day is getting rough.
What are your best hacks or low-calorie sauces to make this daily staple actually taste good?

Just use a good sauce in moderation...... Sauces aren't going to make much difference if you're not using half a bottle with each meal. (Unless you're in prep, then they definitely matter)

Good point. Sauces are hidden calories and add up quick. I used to weigh out the sauces but that will make you angry. Here is my new sauce rule, when I put it on and think to myself "this aint enough sauce," I stop because that's usually enough sauce. 🤣

Yeah.

Plus, many of the "sugar free" sauces are just loaded with added fats to make up the consistency and flavor. Not really saving many calories at all to put shitty tasting sauce on your meal.

The G Hughes stuff is awful, I dunno how guys use it. Straight antifreeze.

What do you think is in it that makes it so bad, bad like antifreeze?

When my diet has been so clean that when I eat some berries they taste like Jolly Ranchers the G Hughes is a welcome flavor addition. Taste is subjective anyway.

Weather cutting or bulking I eat the same shit, I use honey a lot, or sodium lite soy sauce. Cutting I always eat fish only and don’t adjust carbs one bit

im making sauce with skir/greek yoghurt zero fat, lemon juice, one tea spoon mustard, salt, 2/3 spoon vinegar, leaving on cold for 30m and its just like a duner sauce. its the healthiest and the best u can do.
the sauce is 64kcal/100g, so u can put water aswell 2-3 spoons to become just like a duner sauce, and u have even more to use.

Plenty of different nonfat Greek yogurt based sauce recipes out there. They're easy to make at home with a few dry seasonings and other low calorie condiments. They usually come out with better macros and taste better than store bought

I slice chicken into nugget size pieces , sprinkle Old Elpaso Dalits seasoning on it , fry it in a bit of olive oil . It has a few carbs in the seasoning , but easy to adjust for them and I enjoy eating it daily !!

I use the "Classico" alfredo sause quite a bit. I do weigh it when pouring on. It's not too bad macrom wise but I calculated it in the days eating plan.. Somem things are just hard as heck to choke down without "sauce".

Maybe it's my self discipline or commitment. I guess in the end it's about decisions in life.

This is blasphemy, smh.
