I have ran the GenLabs winstrol at 50mg for my contest prep. If you are lean this freaking compound is going to give you some serious definition. Fortunately even at age 58 I never ever had dry joint or tendon pain on anything. I honestly believe its because I never lifted heavy. Always strict reps, negatives and 12 to 15.
