Bunk Fat burners??

Alright this is my second cycle with T3 and I added clen this time. I’m two weeks in I’m taking 160 mcg of clen and 75 mcg of t3. I have not lost a % of body fat. Idk what the deal is. Days of research of these fat burners tells me fat should be flying off. Anybody else have this same experience?? I’m 31 28% body fat. I’m 5’6 so I’m short so body fat is pain to get off. I’ve been cycling for about 10 yrs now so I know training and diet
 
Not trying to trash u bro but with your stats I don't think u know diet and training. If you are serious ab9ut this lifestyle hit up monte for coaching he will get u right.

60mcg if Clen is usually enough for the job. Most people think if they don’t get the sides the drug is not working so they push higher and higher. I don’t know you might have a bad Clen but either way for your health sake drop that dosage ASAP you are about to do some serious damage to your heart.

I get what you’re saying, I appreciate the feedback. Years of training I’ve been down to 7% body fat and up again just how my body is when im on and off training. But coming off an injury I wanted to try some fat burners to help with the reduce of body fat

I’m getting all the sides except the body fat lost I just don’t get it. This is what I’m basing my cycle on this article and many others that say about the same dosage for clen. Let me know what you think

 
My wife likes clen. She takes 40mcgs for like 4 weeks with cardio and literally will drop 2 or 3 pants sizes. She is already really thin though but she can never stick to a diet to stay where she wants. So she does that once a year and it’s all gone. I think you need to be at a lower body fat when you start to see anything. It’s like using Mast. If you are not already somewhat cut you won’t see much benefit. It’s more to finish off a thin layer of fat not drip 10-15%. That’s my two cents.
 
Not sure what your calorie intake is but usually when I run Clen it takes 300 to 500 excess calories off. You have to remember these drugs are not going to burn Eve thing you eat. So basically when I am cutting at 2300 calories per day Clen takes it to 1800.
You might not be seeing results because your calorie intake is too high.

I’m coming off an injury so I’ve been on a 2800 cal intake and back in the gym heavy for the past 2.5 weeks lifting and cardio. I am seeing normal results that come with lifting, diet, and cardio but nothing like I would have expected with adding in T3 and clen.
 
The best T3 i ever had was from RUI. The shit worked no matter what you ate or did. After they went to shit, i have never found another T3 come even close to the results.
 
Hopping off them and maybe try them again when I get my bf% down. These sides are not worth it right now

Count those calories, diet is everything here. I’d suggest finding a good meal prep regimen so your caloric intake is consistent. Using 160mcg you’re gonna want a diet to compliment that type of intake. Keep the cardio up and good luck brother!

Not to be an ass BUT you don’t know shit about training and diet at 28% body fat. Fat is not hard to lose if your training and diet are on track. You’re looking for a magic pill to fix your shitty grainy and diet
