[Blood Work] How can my Testosterone Total be +800 3 weeks after my last pin?

I was using Testosterone Enanathe 500mg/week, pinning twice a week for 4 months
14 days after my last pin i started using nolvadex only, I used it 10mg for 5 days and 20mg for 2 days
My early bloodwork had high testosterone for sure, but now it's still high
How is it possible?
i did bloodwork 5 days after my last pin and it was 13.5 meaning 1350
then 14 days after my last pin it was 8.71
then now it's 8.34 after 21 days

No
I've never used anything except nolva and some supplements in the pct
Like ashwaghanda, multivitamin, magnesium... Etc

The blood work at 2 weeks seems very normal. I have to wonder about what the actual ester might have been. Considering the 3 week mark. Would be weird to have the nolva work that drastically for that amount of time.

I thought it might be fake, But it can't be fake while it already increased my testosterone and my e2

Yea…one of my biggest regrets is not running a comprehensive set of bloods before I got into the game

A lot of us make that mistake unfortunately. We start in the game not knowing anything and by the time we gain the knowledge it's to late bc our steroid cherry is already popped.
