Your higher than 15%

Calipers are not accurate especially a 3 point fold and if not done by someone who has done thousands of times.

Doesn’t matter dude. You look good at any age! Granite!
My man!!
Yeah I thought calipers could be manipulated to anything really doing it urself

My thoughts exactly, you look damn good, but I’d put you at about 18-20%

It's not perfect, but I like getting a Dexa for a few reasons. It tells me my visceral fat. Even if it isn't 100% accurate I can track if it is going down. It can tell me about my Symmetry. That's accurate because it is comparing left to right. It also can tell you your fat distribution. On sale dexafit or similar company is between $75 and $99. Don't bother with the stupid InBody crap.

Just make sure you go to the same place using the same machine. They are all calibrated differently so sticking to one is the most accurate. If you bounce around the numbers will as well.

I use calipers and InBody, just because that’s what is available near me. I use it as a reference point more than anything.

My legs come is last, so I track that caliper number closely. If it’s going down weekly, I’m trending in the right direction. Hope that helps

R U happy with your results/look?
