Best Ways To Burn Fat? Anyone?

I do cardio religiously 7 days a week.

Clean diet and Caloric deficit.

Now when I am getting ready for a show and I have to dig deep I use Clen two weeks on and two weeks off at 40mcg and also ECA Stack. I know some also incorporate T3 or T4 but I don't since the protocol mentioned above works just fine. Also, don't like to mess around with the thyroid.

I also make sure during cardio my heart rate is at 80% max consistently. If you are going slower you are not hitting the target zone and faster is more for endurance.

So 225 minus your age (I am 58) equals 167 which is my maximum heart rate. 80% of 167 is 134.
My heart rate during cardio stays at 133 to 135 range. If I am slow I speed up and if I am fast I
slow down. I see many people doing cardio religiously but can't get the weight off and that's because they are not hitting the fat burning zone.
It really works. Give it a shot.

The "fat burning zone" idea is mainly myth. While it is true that certain intensities burn slightly more fat, the time involved to achieve that is prohibitive. Overall calorie deficit created by the exercise and building of muscle is a far more practical approach. The idea that someone is doing cardio but not losing weight is simply an energy deficit problem.

Perhaps you are right my friend but it’s been working for me so I just share my personal experience.
