Perhaps you are right my friend but it’s been working for me so I just share my personal experience.The "fat burning zone" idea is mainly myth. While it is true that certain intensities burn slightly more fat, the time involved to achieve that is prohibitive. Overall calorie deficit created by the exercise and building of muscle is a far more practical approach. The idea that someone is doing cardio but not losing weight is simply an energy deficit problem.
