Looking for a home smith machine like all in one. Whats best deals and reliability? Was looking at mikolo m4. Seen Walmart has good prices but they say m4 2.0 but can't find it on there site and so many different options. Just need something for when I can't make to the gym

I've got 5 pieces from China. They are all good, but you're going to be waiting 3-4 months.

Echo Strength makes a really solid Smith/Cable rack.

Agreed, and I hate to say it, but the quality of a lot of the Chinese stuff rivals much more expensive European or US made stuff. At least in the home gym space, can't speak for commercial.

This is one of the brands I was checking out..

How's the wobble and stability?

With one of the models, it appeared that the cable crossovers, could be adjusted so the outriggers spread further. Does yours do that?

What's the pulley ratio, is it 1:1 or 2:1

I'm not even sure I'm still putting the numerous pieces together. I just researched youtube reviews and added better pulleys and additional free bar. Came to like 2k through Walmart

That's about the price that I was looking at, I think it was between two and three.

How many hours you got into it so far?

Bout 1.5 hr assembly and halfway done i think. I guess for the money it's not bad from what I see and after that I'll prob get a hack squat I just get irritated putting everything I buy for my house together 😆
 
Nice! I bought one a few years ago from Walmart with 2 cables and some attachments for well under $500 to my door. It was the only thing I could find to fit my space. It has been great for my needs. Can do just about all things I would do in the gym. Yeah, its not as smooth, but for the price and availability, it beats it.
