Does anyone know the best water pill that gives the same results as a prescription Hctz? Aka best

I take HCTZ and honestly don't find it any more effective then Diurex. Diazide is supposedly better but I've never used it myself.

Dyazide (triamterine/hctz) is the strongest I've tried. Lasix coming in second, hctz third, and otc ones after that. Pure dandelion root works about 50% as good as hctz from mine and my wife's experience. Xpel works better than the pure dandelion root.

Htcz is not good for your whistle

What have you done to try and fix the situation without more drugs?

What does your blood work say for liver, kidneys, cholesterol, estrogen, thyroid, hematocrit, rbc and so on.

So you have no idea what's causing it and you have tried nothing so far.

You're guessing.

So i received my bloodwork results, total testosterone was 1000, hematocrit was high 50.1, blood donated, estradiol 28, free testosterone was 34.1, i had stopped blasting pinning 3 weeks prior and was just taking the trt doses but i guess that still snuck in. I still received these numbers. Everything else was functioning normal liver and kidneys . Im sitting at 180mg at trt clinic and i was pinning 2x 160mg to get a total of 500mg for the week.

So I would bet your hematocrit was causing the blood pressure issue then.

After donating you should have noticed some relief from just that.

As far as you holding water, I would suggest increasing water intake and removing any junky type foods from your diet for a bit.

If you are holding so much water on cycle that blood pressure is an issue, it's typically estrogen related or, some type of harsh oral. Given your e2 wasn't crazy and you weren't using an oral (I don't think) I would again say, it's hydration and not being water logged.

I 100% ALWAYS have my clients figure out any way they can fix issues like this naturally before throwing in more drugs when they aren't really needed.

So, long and short, drink more water, pull junk food if there is any, keep an eye on hematocrit and hemaglobin, add in Carditone 2x daily for a couple weeks and I bet your issues go away.
