Yeah cortisone is a last resort.Glad the pec is getting better.
Pretty sure you know this, but be careful with cortisone shots. They often work great for pain relief, while it works - but they can degrade the joint faster over time. It’s one of those things that if it’s just to break an inflammation cycle and get you actually healed, it can be a great tool. But if it’s managing a chronic condition (osteoarthritis, for example), then it can end up being a raw deal in not too long a time
Good idea to talk with an ortho about options, as it might give you a better idea of what’s causing it and how best to treat it. Although orthos don’t always know…

I finally weighed todys and i was 263 i was quiet shocked but im 6’4” tallWas hovering around 255 a couple months ago.
Currently I have no idea, haven't stepped on a scale in quite a while. I assume I'm down a good amount of weight with the move and complete lack of training.
