Today's work on pull, width day.
Strange week. Weight jumped up 4lbs Wednesday morning then anther 5lbs Thursday morning.
Nothing changed, nothing off plan, no missed cardio or training. I've been working with a coach for a few weeks, good experience so far, and he was concerned I might have or, be on the verge of rhabdo, holding a lot of water everywhere, pretty tired but that's it. Pee is clear, no foam, nothing alarming.
Plan is to take the weekend off and see how things play out before we get ahead of ourselves.
I'm not sure what caused the huge weight jump but, I dropped 3 lbs this morning and was pretty sweaty during training and cardio which is unusual for me.
Pull went well. Strength is still rolling, volume is getting easier to handle and the sessions are not lasting quite as long but, they're still lengthy. All of these exercises are progressing pretty fast which is great since they're "new" I just have to keep focus on the intended muscle.
Rdls today on a regular Smith instead of the heavy fucking monstrosity that I used last rotation and numbers were back at the point they were before I started prep. Bit of a grind for the 12th rep but, I might have been able to get one more. The goal right now is to keep working smart, safe, excellent form while still progressing strength and let things do what they should.
