Bcaa's do you take them?

I'm trying to stay away from powders because they have a lot of fake sugars and other fillers rather than solely bcaa's. Anyone take any good bcaa's they love? I got the optimum nutrition brand (I like cuz it's a 2:1:1 ratio) but the dosage seems low 500 mg leucine with iso. and valine at 250 mg. does this seem low??

Used to take USP labs modern bcaa, but with all honesty I think it's a waste of money.. Now the only legal supplements I take are a multi. Other than that all you need is food
 
I take them during cut season.

I like Allmax aminocore
 
They only way I can stomach carnivore protein fruit punch is to add two scoops of cellulite fruit punch bcaa amino acid.

i liked the ON caps used to take 2 prew/out and 4 after ....i switched to NOW powder which is way more concentrated but taste like shit....even when mixed with a gatorade i can barely choke it down....so back to the caps unlesss i can hide the taste with apple juice or something...

Cellucor, scivation, finaflex, and so many other awesome tasting BCAAs. I love them.
 
thx...ill look into it...have a friend that owns a natural health market and i try and support them however the organic /natural versions are always hard to choke down....its amazing what fillers and suger/sweetners do for some things.....i tried some spiralina and fucking puked everywher after plugging my nose to drink it....spose to have the most protein per gram for a plant or something like that...
 
I just took Arnolds night time last night and man Was quite surprised. I also take scivation as well
 
I use Gaspari and yes Bcaa's are one of the few supps that I think are very useful especially for recouperation . His are 4:1:1 . They def make a difference in how sore you are after training .
 
i drink almost all water...and i use 360 cut bcaa's with it...i feel it's beneficial and i get kinda hooked on a certain flavor and just keep using it..

used to use Scivation Extend Watermelon...stuff was great...then they changed hands and flavors...the new watermelon is horrible imo...or the opinion of my taste buds..
