I'm doing 60 mins split into 20 min sessions across the day on the walking pad and it's so boring.![]()
Just getting used to the endurance of the workouts right now. That's the hardest part. My stamina is shit, so not really counting reps and just doing 3 or so sets per lift to failure.
Had a stomach thing past couple of days, so really wasn't able to eat. But wanting to at least get a back day in before the week was over.
