This has been studied and beaten to death. Almost every meta-analysis (human random controlled) has shown they are safe within the body. Switching from using them to not and vice versa has zero effect in blood blood work as well. It's a narrative that people hear and run with, mostly put out by carnivore community as a response/defense to saturated fats.
When someone screams seed oil are toxic ask them what occurs chemically in the body and the pathway in which it occurs to make them so. Also, acute changes are NOT the same chronic.
AGE's may cause temporary inflammation in people with arthritis and other issues just by consuming meat alone. It "may" increase the chances/degree of inflammation if fried at high temperatures, but it's very spotty data. Shouldn't be eating fried foods anyway. What do you think about frying foods at extreme temperatures?

Yeah, that was my comment. The oils are not really the issue, but the temperature and oils going rancid. What do you think about frying foods at extreme temperatures?

I could nerd out on this shit all day. lol

Not sure that would be an arterial issue, but more an intestinal worry. I'm certainly not a gut expert so I couldn't say.Yes that's the main problem I get with fried foods. Leaky gut and inflammation. I wonder if there is any arterial damage being done by eating highly heated oils though.![]()

From my understanding, when you heat up oils beyond their smoke point, they start to release toxic compounds which can lead to damage to the arteries in the form of inflammation, free radicals, imbalance in LDL/HDL etc.Yes that's the main problem I get with fried foods. And what would those toxic compounds be? And where can I find the damage to arteries and imbalances to cholesterol. From my understanding, when you heat up oils beyond their smoke point, they start to release toxic compounds which can lead to damage to the arteries in the form of inflammation, free radicals, imbalance in LDL/HDL etc.

According to Google's AI, cooking seed oils at high temperature beyond smoke point can produce acrolein, aldehydes, trans fats, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, and oxidized lipid products. Our AI masters have spokenAnd what would those toxic compounds be? And where can I find the damage to arteries and imbalances to cholesterol.
What's funny is saturated fats contribute to the above.![]()

I would suggest reading the studies as opposed to Google.According to Google's AI, cooking seed oils at high temperature beyond smoke point can produce acrolein, aldehydes, trans fats, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, and oxidized lipid products. Our AI masters have spoken![]()

The point is the final product has shown no toxicity within the body. These processes significantly alter the natural state of the oils.
So non gmo cotton seed oil gear is gtgThe point is the final product has shown no toxicity within the body.
ZPHC Tren in cotton seed oil is really good.Discuss
tbh last time i used gear with cottonseed oil i got the most crippling pip of my lifeSo non gmo cotton seed oil gear is gtg

Is that supposed to be an argument? If the "same entities" are numbers of meta-analysis' than guilty as charged. lolOh I see. And where did you get that information from? Oh that’s right, the same entities that told us to drop saturated fat for the the highly processed oils. What an absolutely absurd statement.

How about you provide some evidence on why it's absurd and I'm all ears.
