I’m 4 weeks out from a powerlifting meet this week and I am going to add in some anadrol for my last heavy lifts towards the end of the week and run it until meet day (roughly 3 weeks). I workout in the mornings roughly 5:30 start time waking up around 4:30. What is the best way to go about introducing this into my regiment? Do I take it as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach? Or maybe get down a bagel or something and then take it, only giving it about an ~hour to digest before top sets on the day?
I know this could be total trial and error and I could wing it and figure it out myself since its really all up to what works for me but just looking for some people with experience and any advice.
Also was open to any suggestions on dosing for the 3 weeks leading to the meet?
One other thing that seems important to mention is I am currently 213 and compete at 220 as I know people have said anadrol packs some weight on fairly quickly.

Although I will say because of the enhanced spike you can try 25mg and evaluate. Bump to 50mg if need be, etc.
