I’m 4 weeks out from a powerlifting meet this week and I am going to add in some anadrol for my last heavy lifts towards the end of the week and run it until meet day (roughly 3 weeks). I workout in the mornings roughly 5:30 start time waking up around 4:30. What is the best way to go about introducing this into my regiment? Do I take it as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach? Or maybe get down a bagel or something and then take it, only giving it about an ~hour to digest before top sets on the day?

I know this could be total trial and error and I could wing it and figure it out myself since its really all up to what works for me but just looking for some people with experience and any advice.

Also was open to any suggestions on dosing for the 3 weeks leading to the meet?

One other thing that seems important to mention is I am currently 213 and compete at 220 as I know people have said anadrol packs some weight on fairly quickly.

15-30 minutes sublingual pre workout - you let it dissolve under your tongue. Having caffeine or grapefruit juice will make absorption even better. Reason for sublingual is it crazy peaks for about 1-1.5 hours for when you're lifting. Great for strength training. If you swallow it, it won't hit for hours after. You can do this with Abombs, Var, TBol, whatever.
 
Any reason why a power lifter would not want stable blood levels of the drug the last few weeks with the biggest dose of the day being preworkout ? Honest question

The point of sublingual PW is taking advantage of the spike during your workout, which can be up to 2-4x higher than if stable in the blood. We are looking for the best performance and power during the most important 2 hours of the day.

I always thought acidic beverages were a “bad” thing with med/supplements etc?

Is there anything you do to help it dissolve sublingual? Crush it up a little bit or anything? When I put the pill under my tounge it takes forever to dissolve.

I think I’ve seen you on another post talk about anadrol? Any advice on dosing for 3 weeks? I’m not looking for anything nutty would just 50 a day be beneficial?

You think caffeine helps synergize the effects? I'm not big on caffeine, maybe I'll try like 100mg. That's a lot for me. I can feel the effects from a cup of green tea.

Yes, proven to increase the spike in many studies and can confirm in my own experiences in training and clients. Most likely due to enhanced absorption.
 
Is there anything you do to help it dissolve sublingual? Crush it up a little bit or anything? When I put the pill under my tounge it takes forever to dissolve.

You can use a pill crusher or crush between two spoons.

Not going to lay your cycle out for ya. :) Although I will say because of the enhanced spike you can try 25mg and evaluate. Bump to 50mg if need be, etc.

Just suggestions. Run as you wish.

so when you say whatever, can you do this with Dbol as well? this is crazy radd info ive never heard before! just put the tabs under the tongue and let it dissolve? im gonna try that.

I didn't put DBol above because it has a shorter half-life than the ones listed, never use it or recommend it. Best pre-workout orals for sublingual IMO are Var, Adrol, Sdrol, TBol, even Winny in some cases. I have data on the aforementioned, not DBol although you can give it a shot.

i tried it today, 2 tabs 25mg each. no difference.

not so much. i mean. it didnt give me the head change that i was kind of thinking all the other ones might give by letting it dissolve, but ive gotten some massive results from an 8 week cycle. even Moreso on the 2nd cycle this time around. I'm up 219lb. Now, i haven't stepped on a body scan scale in a few months but i was at 8%Bf last i checked. Ill do another scan at the end of the week and put the numbers up... just to brag a bit. Im no competitor but id say if i was, i think i would do pretty damn good at a novice/armature level with the results ive got.
 
Agreed. I've never heard of anyone every packing on any muscle or gaining any strength using DBol. It's all Internet hype :stupid:

The most people who use DBol are gym bros with moderate to high bf % You never see physique athletes using it anymore. The reasons above are why.

I got you. So this one ive got up on my profile was last year, and that was a Rad140/LGD4033. ill get a new one up today.

You have a great base with plenty of more room to grow, especially the upper chest and lats. My only point is that you can achieve the same "lean" gains without using DBol with just injectables. Save the orals (var/winny/etc) for when you're shredding down to low body fat %'s

You certainly do what you want, just my opinion. :)

I would split the dose. 50 am 50 Pm..... When I was a powerlifter, thats how we always did it.
And to this day I split my orals AM/PM. Your gonna get that W/O pump anyway.
