Which do you prefer?

I am currently on 20mg Adderall XR 2-3 times a week. But am curious the difference in Ritalin vs Adderall etc.. I like what I am currently on, but am curious if ritalin or others may have a less harsh comedown, where I get the desire to indulge in sexual deviancy, impulsive spending, and alcohol.

Damn pros and cons..

Additionally, what is your experience while running an ADHD med while on Tren? Lack of studies and research blows.

PS I'd never take these stims while on tren, one or the other jacks my BP enough as it is, both would be an early death sentence. Also what kind of 'study' would be done involving both tren and ADHD meds? :coffee:

Addies! My 100mg is kicking in right now, time to make this day my bitch!

Jesus. Srs?

Meant to say tren

R.I.P

Probably off now popping mollys and eating amps in some sort of awkward orgy..

I've taken dextroamphetamine, Adderall, and concerta (extended release methylphenidate) with tren. I don't have any issues with it at all, you just gotta stay really well hydrated. I don't notice many side effects from ADHD meds though besides sweating and dry mouth. I guess I do get more sexually aggressive but that's not much of a stretch from normal to be honest. Also watch your blood pressure. That's probably the biggest thing. As long as I do some cardio a couple times a week mine stays okay though.

As far as the differences between amps and methylphenidate, it's a very individual thing. My experience is that the Ritalin works better for concentration, I can't hardly eat on it, and it is significantly harder on my digestive system. When I would take it around 7:00 in the morning, by about 17:00 I would start getting nauseated, by 19:00 I'd be wanting to puke. I pulled several times when they put me back on it a few months ago, so I switched to Adderall. The comedown is much worse for me with methylphenidate than with Adderall. Once it drops off I crash pretty hard. I also seem more tired on my off days.

Hope this helps.

Definitely watch your BP, even if you're taking 20mg/day. I log mine religiously and even a small amount of adderall bumps it up and my resting heart rate up. The higher the dosage, the larger the increase. Once my BP gets to high it shuts my dick down, that's a not so fun side effect. You can jog and eat as healthy as you want but even then taking amphetamines will have an effect on your circulatory system and that needs to be watched closely.

Yeah it makes a big difference. I stay around 131/68 on tren and Adderall now that I'm back in shape. The only time my resting rate goes up is when I'm in a lot of pain, and I don't take it then because it makes my tension worse

I wasn't saying you're wrong, I agree with you that it does help out a lot, but what I meant is regardless of that it still will take it's toll. Currently I'm in very good condition, eating super clean, and doing lots of cardio yet it still increases my BP and RHR. I could only imagine what it'd look like if I weren't living this life style while using it lol.

So there's only 3 junks on this forum?

Well 2/3 of the board members are brown, I'm guessing a majority of them are illegals. This shit isn't cheap and you need a decent job to get health and dental coverage, something my yard cleaners don't get.

You cant beat em straight up.. You have to take advantage of the short cuts and mushrooms.. I'm not gonna lie I cheated and used a game faq. I never was a good enough gamer to beat games completely with out cheating.

I take vyvanse. A single 60mg does what it is supposed to do. If I take 4-5 of them, then the party gets started...

You kids and your addys and such. Everyone knows when it come to complete schitzo behavior while on Tren meth is the only true answer.

I've got some serious behavioural issues.

Do I have to strangle a cat to get prescribed ADHD meds?

Nah, just complain to your doctor a lot about how you can't pay attention at work...or while you're strangling your cat. Whatever works

Old school, or instant release addys. Methylphenidate isnt bad though. More euphoric than dextroamphetamine imo.

I use adderall as my pre wo no matter what I'm running. I'm on tren now and do just fine. Bp is slightly higher than normal, but nothing to be alarmed about.

From the ADHD institute, redacted to remove adolescent specific information, referencing the DSM-V(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition):

Overview of the DSM-5[SUP]TM[/SUP] medical classification system for ADHD

  • A persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development:
  • For adults, five or more symptoms are required (Table)

  • Several symptoms present prior to age 12 years
  • Several symptoms present in two or more settings (e.g. at home, school or work; with friends or relatives; in other activities)
  • Clear evidence that the symptoms interfere with the quality of, social, academic or occupational functioning.
  • Symptoms do not occur exclusively during the course of schizophrenia or another psychotic disorder, and are not better explained by another mental disorder

You shouldn't have a problem getting a prescription for your choice of Methylphenidate(ritalin/concerta), Adderall(mixed (d/l-amphetamine salts), or Vyvanse(prodrug of dextroamphetamine). As long as you present with at least 5 of the above symptoms, don't have any blood pressure/heart issues(eg, arent taking meds for high bp or beta blockers for heart function), and aren't being treated for a number of psychotic/manic disorders/anxiety. The long term safety of amphetamine(not methamphetamine, which is neurotoxic at any dosage) has been pretty well established at dosages appropriate for ADHD/ADD treatment, which is well below the recreational dosage.

Old school, or instant release addys. Methylphenidate isnt bad though. More euphoric than dextroamphetamine imo.

FYI, the delayed release mechanism of adderall(the coated beads) can easily be defeated by crushing them. The same is true for the waxy methylphenidate XR tablets. If concerta, the outer coating and shell can be split to allow immediate release of the internal core. This would allow for a much more appropriate PWO dosage regimen without worry about inability to sleep later.

This is the pit right?
So going on that premise. If you ever get a drug that ends in XR....chew that fucker up.

So there's only 3 junks on this forum?

I broke down crack with lime juice and banged it with 23g needles until my entire arms were covered in knots and bruises. My heart is still fucked up from that six month binge.

What was the question?
