The man has spoken and I must follow the advice! The extra rest has been really nice and I feel the lifts have been more productive, but still can’t help feeling I’m leaving gains on the table by missing days, trying to remove that thought from my head!Hey, I’ll tell you — after all these years, I know there’s no way to cheat rest, not even with AASIt’s good that you listen to your body, because a day or two of rest will give you much more than a workout. I love training after a day or two off — your mind grows, and your body reacts completely differently.

. Can be very addicting so limiting myself to using it sparingly. Great pumps and energy, focus is high, aggression towards the lifts has me pushing harder, can’t say anything bad about it yet
