Another rest day. I’m kind of enjoying this schedule or lift/rest/lift etc… seems to be a little easier on the joints and allows me time to catch up on sleep if I’ve had a bad night. That’s all about to change though with the switch back to day shift Monday. Now to figure out if I want to get up at 130am to hit the lift or wait until after my shift. Gonna play around with both and see which one I prefer more over the next month.
As far as sleep, only been using that oral sleep blend the last few days. Very smooth onset and quality sleep so far without the grogginess. Even if I only manage to get 4-5hrs it feels more restful than it did without the blend. May not need to use it all with the switch to days but will report if I do!

. I woke up yesterday at 173 and ended the day at 183lbs. Woke up the next day at 174 so no complaints. Still hovering around the mid low 170’s.

I haven’t posted the last few days and I apologize for that. Been pretty busy with having family in town and haven’t made it to the gym since Wednesday. So haven’t missed anything but resting and eating. No tracking this weekend because these are southern folk who know how to eat! I know I’ve been over calories so there’s that. I woke up yesterday at 173 and ended the day at 183lbs. Woke up the next day at 174 so no complaints. Still hovering around the mid low 170’s.
With the schedule changing we will see how the weight adjusts before I make any more changes to the diet.
Sleeping- slept really good Friday night! Think I was close to 13hrs of sleep which is the first time in ages. Even slept in super late today which is unusual. Not complaining though! Will be interesting to track how sleep changes being back on day shift.

I wouldn’t be able to tell you. Only do daily injections. I did 3x a week for half of my first cycle before I switched to daily. Just prefer pinning daily I guess. Things are more stable when it comes to bloodswhat has been the difference you’ve experienced from doing the test/eq/npp injections daily?

Sleep still good so far, haven’t been wanting to get out of bed in the morning. Slept in again and loving it. Will not love having to get up at 4am for work tomorrow or if I decide to hit the gym before work, waking up at 2am. Still undecided how I’m going to run things. Monday will be a rest day as I’m adjusting, Tuesday will attempt a workout in the evening after my shift, never worked out that late or after a full day of eating so should be interesting?

Still averaging about 6-8hrs of sleep with the transition. I have hopes I can continue this trend for the whole month if I balance my workouts correctly. I have found in the past I tend to have less time in the gym on day shift due to the exhaustion days brings, but we will see. Hit a beautiful back day, pump was amazing, mood was great, everything just felt it was firing in all the right ways. Weight is slowly but steadily climbing and fueling the lifts perfectly. Holding right around 3700-3800 calories presently.

Big beautiful back day! Routine and schedule got messed up this weekend by getting called into work to cover Midnight-6am. Put a damper on getting things accomplished this weekend off but still managed to work on myself! Grabbed a small nap when I got off and then hit the gym to kill the back. Lift was awesome, played around at the big boy gym and used some fancier equipment. 10/10 back day. Resting Sunday to knock out what I can of my honey do list and will get back to the routine 2am Monday morning to smoke the legs before my 12hr shift
