3rd cycle. (Unsponsored)

Last nights lifts. Strength was above par last night. Really getting into this slow and controlled style and the mind muscle connection that comes with it. Legs later today.

Last nights lifts. Felt strong throughout. I always know I did a good number on them when I go to get out of bed and they wanna lock up. 👌

Day off yesterday. Rested up ready for the next 3 days of training. Chest and back tonight. BP as of last night after 5 meals. IMG_5494.jpeg
 
Last night went well. Sore today. Food increase seems to be holding my energy levels later into the week which is a wonderful thing. Shoulders and arms tonight.

Check in this morning went well. Got another little food bump which I’m happy about. Gonna see exactly how hard we can get away with pushing food. Carb load and free meal complete. Was craving Velveeta all week for some reason so I ate that and steak. Getting my cardio in now and gonna go home, shower, rest and get ready to get back at it tomm. Weekly average up 1lb since last week and woke up 176.2 this morning.

Killed legs last night as usual. Really hitting a new level of depth on my squats which makes me happy.

Feeling great honestly. Killed legs last night. Got energy. Weights going up for my lifts as well as body weight. Woke up 187.4 this morning. Legs sore. I feel like I’m growing daily at this point. I’m happy. IMG_5732.jpegIMG_5733.jpegIMG_5734.jpeg
