3rd cycle. (Unsponsored)

Legs still sore today. Satisfied with that. Was getting a little anxiety from the NPP kicking in and took .5 Arimidex and haven’t felt the anxiety since then. Super happy about that. Hopefully it stays away cause In general I experience zero anxiety day to day. Scale weight is starting to go up instead of down throughout the week so that’s what we want! 175lbs this morning. Rest day yesterday. Chest and back incoming tonight. Here is my new non training day macros. 🤘IMG_4468.jpeg
 
Weight creeping up again (176.4). The NPP is kicking in. Pinned test, NPP and EQ last night. Did some reta and took half a adex this morning. Things are starting to take action. Last nights workout. Swapped out face pulls for rear delt fly’s on the peg deck. I just wasn’t connecting the way I wanted to with FP’s so they had to go.

Check in this morning went well. Keeping things the same as last week. Up a lb since last week but that’s likely water and glycogen from the gear. Gonna see how things look next weeks and adjust. Spending a little time fine tuning some things and will give more details as they develop.

Thankful my coach picks apart things to make sure I’m developing the best I can. Honesty and transparency for the win. Legs last night. Killed it as usual. 3 day streak over and happy it’s a rest day. Sore as a bitch. BG has been a little higher than I like to see it so we switched to AM GH shots and down 10 points in 24 hrs. Gonna see if this trends or if it was just a thing. Adding a tiny dose of slin to the equation starting tomm. Time to relax and recover today. Yesterday’s lifts below.

I did not realize this was a thing.
It’s a thing bro. And pretty accurate assuming you hydrate properly comparing this to my labs. We all know that even the labs aren’t always on but it’s a good tool man.

So kind of a rookie move on my behalf but to be fair I am still a rookie so it is what it is. Every NPP vial I’ve ever had has been 100mg and my new stuff is 150. I didn’t think twice about it and assumed it was 100mg/ml. Anyways thought I was running 300mg and turns out I’ve been running 450mg a week. Starting 3iu of slin tonight. Legs incoming.
 
Legs last night. Added some DC stretching on calves to hopefully force some growth. Coach took a look at my quad training and made a few adjustments so we can maximize gains. Ready to lock in make the adjustments needed and get huge.

Week 3 in the book for this cycle. Coach is keeping food the same this week. Weight is starting to move up and strength is coming on. Still very early but things are moving in the right direction. Weight average was up 2lbs from last week and this morning I weighed in at 175.4.
525 test, 450 NPP, 300 EQ, 4iu GH, 1mg Reta, 1mg adex. Last night workout was smooth. Slowed things down and really trying to connect with every exercise. About to smack 15iu of slin and smash 300g’s of carbs. Dropped a little weight and slowed things down, went deeper and pushed a little harder than usual last night. Weight may not have been as high but I completely smoked myself. Nastiest leg pump I’ve ever had. Nice sore today as they should be. Cracked a fresh vial of NPP today. Chest and back later.

Week 4 in the books. Food increase today. Getting ready to push and see what we can add for muscle without putting too much fat on. Changing my training technique up has me sore today. Glad it was a day off. Carb load done getting ready to make a fire dinner for the wife and I. New macros below.

179lbs fasted this morning. Feeling rested. Ready to get back at it today.
