2025 MR.Olympia Controversy another bad year of Judging?

I wasn't particularly interested or impressed in this years O.

Nothing really stands out to me as of late. But then again I am from the era of seeing Dorian Yates in person, Ronnie, Jay cutler, kevin levrone, thomas prince, phil hernon. I even liked the kai greene v phil heath saga.

We have nothing like that right now. Not that some of these guys don't look amazing and 100x better then we will ever look but that excitement is missing.

I miss the days when it was like watching a Mike Tyson fight. You were on the edge of your seat with excitement. Your whole crew was over your house watching and when someone knocked the other fighter out you and your friends start rumbling bc the adrenaline and testosterone is just too high to deny. When I used to see Dorian competing against others like Nasser, or Ronnie v Jay, you got a little taste of that.

That's what we need. We have nothing "exciting" right now, although many guys admittedly looked great.

These guys are shooting massive amounts of testosterone and drugs. Even HGH. Where do you think theyre putting it?

So many times you think its SEO, its just their injection sites, pre abcess, etc. I mean guaranteed these guys are putting 1-2cc in various muscle groups. Thats gonna show like its SEO and it's not.

Thats why when you hear some guys argue they aren't using SEO and people don't believe them. I believe them. ITs not SEO its 3cc of oil sitting in a muscle group they shot 2 days ago LOL.

Brother, you’re preaching to the choir. On prep I was up pretty high on the injection volume. Gear is nearly identical to synthol…especially if you train the muscle you just shot.

Let me rephrase what I said about hadi — hadi is mr oil. Almost guarantee he just shoots all his shots in his delts lol.

Had this conversation with my coach at the O. Everyone accused him of synthol back in the day. He was like — I’m shooting so much gear as is, why would I ever want to shoot more and where would I put it 😂

I think alot of guys forget about that. I have used PROP ed to bring up lagging biceps before and it works like a charm. Then sometimes I have a welt or lump if the shot goes bad and it looks like I have a grape in my bicep. LMAO

That has happened more times then I can count.

I actually like using igf-1lre front loaded with water to bring up bicep and triceps. I have a partial tear in my right bicep and if I use very low dose peptides w extra bac water, it safely and evenly evens it out. IMO, water based peptides work better and more evenly for lacking muscle groups then oils. Oils certainly give a bigger and faster result, and that's prob why some of us do it LOL.

I know Gregg Valentino was doing that. On top of SEO back in the day. He talked about it, so he was double dipping LOL.

My old coach had me shoot my triceps every day for a few months. I literally can’t put a needle in them anymore there’s so much scar tissue. On the bright side, they grew haha.

Have you shot your inner bicep? I was doing it awhile until I hit the big nerve there. Compton said he just didn’t give a fuck and hit it all the time. I’m way too much of a pussy 😂.

I’ve never tried any igf, but I’m really really tempted to. This is all super good info man, thank you.

I did inner bicep until my tear.

Who knows if that had something to do with it? U never know.

I feel like he is the same as hollongsgead just hides it better I’ve seen a lotta guys lately acting like it’s all the coach. In 90 percent of situations it takes 2 to tango. These guys literally get free supps gear etc and I feel like majority don’t even take full advantage of it

It makes sense on paper, but risk reward in reality makes zero sense imo. Then again, these guys are in a completely different world competing to be the best bodybuilder in the world…

Well not to mention that potassium increases aldosterone… so then the rebound is even worse after.

It really hardly even makes sense on paper to me. Yes the additional potassium intake will cause sodium excretion… but I mean how much is there really to excrete when your intake is 0 and you’re on so many diuretics?
