Thought I would throw this thread together to show my bloods after 8 weeks on 2 grams of gear. Pretty happy with everything except HDL. I'll try to bring that up by adding niacin and fish oil daily (have not been taking fish oil on high days as I try to get 0g added fat in those days). Here is my cycle, and all supplements I take.

1250 Test Cyp
500 Primo E
250 Deca
9iu GH

5mg tadalafil
4,000fu natto
1800mg citrus bergamot
3300mg astragulus
3g tmg
2g epa + 1g dha Omega 3's
600mg berberine
10,000iu d3
200mcg k2
multivitamin
40mg telmisartan
400mg magnesium glycinate
3g glycine

I'll be adding 500mg niacin to this stack now and if I tolerate it well, I'll bump to 1000mg.

He wasn't much of a coach on bloods or supplements besides the ones he carried. The only advice I got from him on my bloods was lowering my astragalus and telling me he liked E2 between 40-60 while bulking. I think I was taking around 6g a day of astragalus at the time and he recommended cutting that in half. I wasn't taking half the supps I am now when I was with him. I think the things I've added have been beneficial so far.

I'd be willing to bet your bloods wouldn't look much different without 75% of those supps. Aside from the few biggies, most are insignificant. Genetics plays a HUGE factor in how these compounds effect the individual.

I literally would grow just walking my daughter in her stroller up a hill daily. My calves were enormous.

Blood pressure is gonna be the #1 thing you didn't list to be concerned about my good sir.

How's ur BP?

I have all of these. I just don’t have a high of dose of astragalus like OP. Maybe 750mg astragalus a day for me.
 
But big cycles are terrible for your health markers!! LOWEST EFFECTIVE DOSE IS THE ONLY SAFE WAY TO RUN GEAR!!!

It's the only thing you can ever attribute to positive outcomes around here unless you are the coach. :ROFLMAO: I'd assume my family would be a good representation of my genetics. Not a single person in my family, on either side is muscular, healthy, or lean. All type 2 diabetics, obese, etc. I put a lot of effort, dedication, and discipline into this sport just in spite of my genetics. My genetics are garbage. My diet is not, and why my bloods are so clean on 2g of gear.

I'm running deca because I wanted to run it.

I'm following BP closely. It's averaging 125/65. Sometimes its 115-120 but typically its a around 125.

I'm in the middle of my growth phase. These bloods where pulled after 8 weeks of being on cycle. I'll continue on until something shows me I need to pull back and cut down.
 
Either way, good ass results, I’ll be getting mine in the next 8 weeks.

I just got done with a 6 month work up to the Hurricane Pro in St Petersburg Florida.

Curious to see where I am also. I pushed really hard for this show man…

As long as your markers/BP/Glucose are in range. Fire away.
I keep it under 2 g's nowadays on a bulk and utilize slin and
highish HGH to drive growth.

But in all reality it is genetics that allows some of us to get away with
bigger doses and still have remarkable bloodwork.
Then there's some that just do TRT and their markers are all fucked up.

4 Pros that I train all turned Pro without going over a g of gear TOTAL.
no slin and 4ius of HGH. 0 Tren. And yes these are open class guys.
Not all SHW's.

One of the reasons I don't post pics is that some of my guys may be here...lol. they ask me what I run and I just say TRT+..I don't want them to know the truth, most are still in their mid 20's. One of those do as I say not as I do kinda things.

This is exactly why I'm sick of hearing how good my genetics are from Mustard. The guys who actually do have good genetics, don't have to run gear high to grow. And those guys, are VERY few and far between. Those guys are high level competitors.

But I'm not naive enough to think that I'd get just as good of results through a long off season phase running lower doses. It's a long process.

Some might handle gear better than others but I could eat on diet 90% of the time, and my bloods would not be clean like they are now. I think diet plays the greatest roll in blood markers for most of us.

They let More Plate More Dates and Greg Doucette tell them you can be huge on 300mg of test. Or they say oh but Bumstead runs 500mg of test, yea no shit he’s already huge and he didn’t use 500mg of test to get to that size

Until there is a reason to pull back. Whether that be bad blood work, blood pressure, digestion, fat accrual, etc. When the growth phase needs to end, I'll end it. Trying to grow for as long as possible. I'm small and have a lot of size to put on.

I'm referring to the avg gym bro which are 99% of the people here. Run what you want.
Just speaking from what I’ve seen from your post, you’re dogmatic about pushing the lowest doses, any thread asking about a cycle that’s more than test etc🤷‍♂️

Let’s F*cking go!!! Appreciate the honesty and transparency bro. This is what it takes for most to get out of the men’s bikini division. Glad to see we got some actual bodybuilders here instead of guys that won’t post their physique but wanna tell everyone how it is.
