14 week Show prep log using Muscleshop gear

Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. 4 days away. All I am doing now is pretty much cardio and very light workout on mostly machines. Focusing on routine, eating and water and salt intake. Saturday morning I have my appointment to get sprayed. I have a solid base tan already so color should be fine. Will be hanging out pool side to get more natural color with bronzer.
So no sides at all right now. I feel great and excited. The gear from Muscleshop is nothing but amazing. I got everything I wanted from it and more with low dosage.
I’ll tell you this, 10 years on this board and I was approached with dozens of sponsors to rep for them and I always passed for one reason or another, but after I tested Muscleshops gear I knew this was the right place for me.

Anyway almost there and again I appreciate you all for the kind words and support

I think Wiseguy's words go a long way when he endorses a sponsor. I'm not a fan of seed oil as I prefer MCT carries, but I will say this, their orals are so good, professionally made, a lot of other places look and feel very cheaply made. I won't be buying from anywhere else when it comes to orals.

3 days remaining my friends. Woke up fully rested. My meals have been very small, bland, boiled or steamed. Its not about the taste anymore and just shoving it down my throat. I am planning on having some major beef rib BBQ after the show. I feel good and extremely lean. Weight in at 178 pounds yesterday and haven't even take the diuretics yet which will be the day before the show. Cardio is not an issue at all and as a matter of fact at this weight its even easier for me. GW definitely is a major supplement to counter the lack of energy when it comes to cardio from Tren, so in my opinion is a must. Finished my hour cardio, went to the gym and did again very light 20 minutes of various push and pull exercises. I am not even doing legs anymore just to make sure I don't hurt myself before the show. Riding the bike and simple 4 sets of 12 squats without weights gets my legs pumped.
Halo is amazing. The effects are crazy and the combination of tren and halo is nuts. Primo is keeping my muscle bellies nice and full and 300mg of test is just enough to make sure the sex drive is still there. Once this show is over I will be back on my trt of 200mg of test for at least 60 days to see where my test results are before I decide on anything.

Anyway, more sun this weekend, swimming, relaxing, and cutting water intake which is always a pain. I plan on heading back to the gym this afternoon for another round of cardio and some steam room time. Want to get rid of as much as water possible.

2 day’s remaining. Woke up got my coffee and headed to the gym. Did one hour of cardio, very light 4 sets of back workout, 10 minutes sauna and headed back home. Next 2 days will be brutal with diuretics and water. Stretching little more than normal to make sure I am nice and loose on stage. Will be getting the spray tan on tomorrow. Feeling great and no sides at all. Looking forward to the show and rest following it. I am going to head back to Vegas in couple of weeks for some pool and relaxation time.

Thanks brother. That’s what I tell everyone questions hairloss. I’ve been cycling for 3 decades and use tren, masteron, primo, Winstrol and still have all my hair and the color is natural at 58. In this picture I was wearing a hat and just took it off.
It’s all genetics, and I never took any fimastrad or anything else. If you are going to lose it it will be gone with couple of cycles
 
All right my brothers last day. Today is going to be little rough. Only drinking 8 ounces of water and I am as dry as you can imagine. I did one hour cardio this morning and will not be lifting. Spent a good 20 minutes in the sauna getting rid of water. I am getting my spray tan on today and will be just hanging out by the pool relaxing. I have to be at the event tomorrow morning at 9 am. Show starts at 10 and there are 39 categories. Its going to be a long day. Not sure what time I go on, but Ill find out wants they post the line up.

Again thank you all for your kind words and support. It means the world to me to have such a supportive group of brothers to talk to. I will post pics after the competition.

SHOWTIME!!!!!

My brothers up and ready. Did the spray tan yesterday and looking good. Went into the sauna to get rid of what ever remaining water I am holding. Got my oil, flip flops, stretching band, towel, posing trunks, couple of bottles of Gatorade for after the show and ready to go. I also have my Recess pieces to eat befroe getting on stage. Took my diuretic yesterday morning and evening so I am pretty dry. Drank a glass of red wine at night to get me even more drier. I weight in at 174 this morning which is exactly on target.

Anyway, this is it. Will be heading out the door at 8 am. Check in is at 9 am and show starts at 10am. Not sure what time I get on stage but there are usually 38 to 40 categories. Mine is usually in the late 20's or ealy 30's which would be around 11:30 am. Will have lunch right after pre judging and get back on stage after 1 pm for posing. They will call out top 5 sometime around 3 pm and if I am lucky enough to win my division I have to hang out for the overall which would be around 4:30.

ITs going to be a long long day. The plan is to have a a big fat chimichanga right after the show for dinner.

Ok little update. Registered and checked in. They are going to post the line up by 10 am and the show will start right after. Everyone is checking each other out. I am in sweats and hoodie and will not take it off until the last second. Let them guess what category and division I am in lol

FIRST PLACE!!!!!

I did it men. It was tough competition but I made it. Overall I got third. Heavy weights and light heavy weights just had too much muscle in me. I am trilled with the result. I had some doubts when I arrived after seeing the other guys but I did it.

Again thank you all for your support and specially Muscle Shop for the gear. I will post pics when I can edit and take face shots out.

Now off to eat some chimichangas lol
