Good morning my friends. Thank you all for the kind words and support. I appreciate and respect all of you. Last night after the show went to a Mexican place and I ordered my Burrito. LOL 3 bites and I was full. Must have drank two gallons of water after the show, that's how bad I was dehydrated. I slept for 10 hours straight now waking up once. I am staying out of the gym for the rest of this week and just relaxing, hydrating and eating normally again. Ill be back on 200mg of test per week starting Thursday until I get my blood work done in 60 days and make sure everything is back to normal.

Anyway, great experience, had tons of fun and for now I just plan on enjoying the summer with the family and giving the body much needed rest.

Again thank you all and special thanks to my friends at Muscle Shop. Very great full for all you did for me.

LOL thanks. Here is what I think contributed to my success.

1. Never did massive amounts. Always kept the dosage under 300mg.

2. Regular blood work, time on and time off.

3. Cardio junkie. I am always doing cardio no matter what.

4. Never lifted massive weight. No injuries, ripped tendons, stretch marks.

Last but not least I always kept my body weight between 180 to 190 pounds.

Anyway, I just kept focus on my goals, focused on diet and workout more than the gear. Fortunately it worked for me. I think everyone needs to figure out what works for them and go from there.

#3 & #4 are things that really resonate with me. Things that I’m actively working towards. Being someone who has followed powerlifting and trained much the same - I’m learning at 32 years old - that it really takes a toll your body being 20-30 pound OVERWEIGHT, yes just cause you’re not “fat” does not mean you’re not overweight. And cardio, fuck if you can squat 500, you damn well better be able to squat 315 for at least 10 reps for sets. If you can’t then your outta shape. My time here at ASF is really shifting my approach. Guys like you with extensive EXPERIENCE and knowledge, freely giving your time. Just hits differently than some clown on YouTube selling programs.
