10 days out. I am almost there. Its been a long journey but I feel I never felt or looked so good. Its an awesome feeling going into the final week being confident about your condition. The diet, cardio and the gear all worked out extremely well. Halo is doing its job and I and getting veins and cuts that Ive never seen in my life before. Tiny veins are popping out all over my stomach and back.
Woke up, drank my coffee, did my cardio and headed to the gym for some leg work out.
4 x 8-10 Front Squats
4 x 8-10 Regular Squats
4 X 8 -10 Hack Squats
4 x 8-10 stiff legged deadlifts
4x 8-10 laying hamstring curls
4 x lunges all across the gym
4 x 12-16 sitting, standing and donkey calve raises.
This late in the game I should be exhausted and no energy to workout, but its complete opposite. No sides, next week Ill up my cardio and will hit the steam room and sauna regularly. Afternoon cardio sessions are helping me get rid of the little fat that is left. Ill practice more routine next week and I already have my appointment for the 27th to get my full body spray.
