14 week Show prep log using Muscleshop gear

Thank you my friend. I worked very hard for this show. Like i mentioned before my dear friend is a sponsor at the show and will be handing out the trophies. I don’t want to accept anything from him but 1st place
 
Second hour of cardio for the day is done. Had some peanut butter and non fat Greek yogurt for dinner. Boy my caloric intake is so freaking low right now. Basically burning fumes. Still have full energy and doing well. Pounding water like there is no tomorrow. Going to be early tonight to get extra couple of hours of sleep.
 
21 days remaining. I am up pretty early today. Heading out to the gym for one hour of fasted cardio. Based on the availability of the availability of the equipment Ill decide what to work on once I get there. Pretty excited about Vegas trip this weekend with some pool time and tanning session. Ill update once I return from the gym.
 
Ok did my afternoon hour cardio no issue. I am having a hard time eating. My stomach is so small now 4 ounces of anything fills me up quickly. Trying to force myself eat at much as protein possible. Almost there.
 
20 days left and I am getting excited by the minute. One hour cardio was a breeze and I will do another hour this afternoon. Last night after doing hour cardio in the morning and hour in the afternoon I was on the soccer field with the team for 2 hours at night. Even the players are saying I am getting jacked lol. No major sides, but last night heartburn was kind of brutal. It took couple of glasses of milk to get rid of it, otherwise no other issues. Decided to do shoulders today.

4 x 8-10 seated dumbell press
4 x 8-10 side laterals.
4 X 8-10 Front raises
4 x 8-10 Standing up behind the nec'sk press
4 x 8-10 Seated rear delt flies.

Had an awesome session and instant pump after the first set. One more week and Halo comes in to finish up. I am heading to Vegas tomorrow for the weekend and won't be able to log in but will check my messages. Hope you all have a great mothers day.

Good morning my friends. 19 days left and its 1:30 am. I am drinking my coffee ready to hit the gym for my one hour cardio. No lifting today. When I return quick shower and head to Vegas for some Sun, Tan, Good Food, Friends and Family Mothers day celebration. I plan on working out Sat and Sunday. Ill be logged off for couple of days. Will take some pictures and post them.

Halo very toxic. I only take it for two weeks prior to contest for that final touch of hardness, dryness. I prefer Winstrol but if halo wasn’t as toxic it would be no comparison.
Also I am not a power lifter or a fighter so other than looks halo doesn’t do much for me.
With that said it’s a hell of a finisher if you are stage ready.
 
14 days left. Vegas trip was awesome. Did rest, got an awesome tan and tons of compliments pool side. Worked on my routine with my friend and feeling very comfortable going into final two weeks. Today I decided to just do cardio which I needed after working out 7 days in a row. Started to take 20mg of HALO today. Coming down to the finish line. Ill see what happens when I take the second dose of Halo and lift tomorrow
 
13 days remaining. I am feeling great wrapping this up. Second day of Halo at 20mg and wow just wow. I can already see more definition and my entire workout was a piece of cake. I am throwing weights around that I haven't in months. I went back down just to make sure I don't hurt my self this last 13 days. Water depletion and diuretics come in to play late next week few days before the show.

4 X 8 x 10 Dumbell incline
4 x 8-10 incline flys
4 X 8 -10 Barbell decline bench
4 x dip to failure


Nothing but compliments from my gym friends and even people that I don't know are walking up and asking questions. This was an excellent cycle but honestly I can't wait to rest a little. No sides that is visible or bothersome right now.

Thank you my friend I appreciate it. Honestly Genlabs surpassed my expectations. I've ran this same cycle before since is my staple for show prep, but this time around results are phenomenal. Now I don't want to sound biased since I rep for Muscleshop, I did train extremely hard for this show and diet was extremely clean. Give them a shot, I am confident you will be happy and it will be your too go lab.
 
12 days to show time. Boy do I feel good. At this stage I should be struggling with cardio but absolutely not. Eating is very good and little which is good. I get full very fast so the meals and calories are in check. No sides. Halo on third day my oh my. Incredible how quickly it kicked in and what it does to your body when you are in single digit body fat. Felt so good today decided to hit my favorite work out back.


4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down
4x 8-10 close grip seated rows
4x 8-10 Bend over barbel rows.
4 x 8-10 One arm dumbell rows
4 x failure wide grip pull ups.



Great session. Started with one hour cardio did back and finished half hour on the bike. High of 87 today so laying by the pool working on the tan. I am pretty dark right now but will do my spray tan the day before the show from the same guy Ive been using for the past 20 years. Anyway, almost there.
 
10 days out. I am almost there. Its been a long journey but I feel I never felt or looked so good. Its an awesome feeling going into the final week being confident about your condition. The diet, cardio and the gear all worked out extremely well. Halo is doing its job and I and getting veins and cuts that Ive never seen in my life before. Tiny veins are popping out all over my stomach and back.

Woke up, drank my coffee, did my cardio and headed to the gym for some leg work out.

4 x 8-10 Front Squats
4 x 8-10 Regular Squats
4 X 8 -10 Hack Squats
4 x 8-10 stiff legged deadlifts
4x 8-10 laying hamstring curls
4 x lunges all across the gym
4 x 12-16 sitting, standing and donkey calve raises.

This late in the game I should be exhausted and no energy to workout, but its complete opposite. No sides, next week Ill up my cardio and will hit the steam room and sauna regularly. Afternoon cardio sessions are helping me get rid of the little fat that is left. Ill practice more routine next week and I already have my appointment for the 27th to get my full body spray.

Almost there...
 
The veins popping out everywhere was the coolest part of getting lean as hell. Good luck man!

Final week. 8 days left. Diet is very good and cardio is on point. I am very careful with lifting right now. I am lean and strong but very dry. I feel every tendon and muscle pulling and working when I lift. Don't want to hurt my self so at this point the focus is the food for the last week, routine, posing, drying out. Lifting just for about 20 minutes light weights and mostly machines. Got a pretty good base tan from pool time in vegas and Soccer matches. Ill be heading to the spray booth the day before the show. Diuretic part of the last couple of days makes me a little nervous buts still cautious.

7 days remaining. Still focus on cardio, water depletion and diet. Not much lifting done in the gym besides some sets in machines to just get a pump. No sides. Feeling good today but it’s going to get hairy this week.
 
6 days remaining.’peak week. Right on schedule and boy the Halo is definitely showing its power in making a huge difference. Still drinking tons of water and keeping up with cardio. Diuretics always mailed me nervous but I know what to do. Practicing the routine couple of
Times a day.

5 days remaining. I am starving to death. All of a sudden I am so freaking hungry, but managing it as best as I can. Water intake is still high. Did cardio for one hour today and very light 20 minute workout of couple of arms, chest and shoulders. Nothing major. I am so lean and dry that's crazy. I am just maintaining for the next few days to get on stage.

Coming down to the wire.
