My brother like I said I think it will be too much on the liver with Halo coming up soon. I am just going to pass on it.

Do you carb up before your show? Just wondering since you don't eat many carbs any other time. You're insulin sensitivity would be crazy. Conventional wisdom seems like you would explode.

5 weeks out my friends. Getting pretty lean. No sides besides the horrific injection pain from Winstrol. Second injection was just as crippling. I am seriously considering dropping it. No way I can endure the pain and discomfort for 5 more weeks. No other issues.

So get this the day off the show about 30 minutes before I step on stage I have two reses pieces cups and bam. The salt and sugar hits me very hard and quickly. Everyone reacts differently to carb loading just have to stick to what works for you.

34 days before show time. I am doing extremely well. I stopped the Winstrol injection after one shot and back with the primo again. I could not sit down for 1 day. The shot crippled me. No other sides or issues. No tren cough for ever which is great. I will start the Halo 16 days out at 20mg per day. Cardio is more intense, I am using the steam room frequently and starting the tan process naturally. I always go in with natural tan with a very light spray which doesn't make me look orange. Did my hour cardio today no issues thanks to being back on GW again.

4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down
4x 8-10 close grip seated rows
4x 8-10 Bend over barbel rows.
4 x 8-10 One arm dumbell rows
4 x failure wide grip pull ups.

Starting to work on posing again. Will be in Vegas on mothers day weekend with the family for a get away and for one last touch base with my pro friend, Have to run the routine by him again.

Anyway very excited and counting down days.

Thank you. Yes I recall my coach years ago was giving me different options. He said it wasn’t a cookie cutter and will have to try and see what works for you. I entered shows flat, with carb leakage and bloated before until I dialed it in.

33 days to show time. Happy Friday. Woke up pretty pumped, got my black coffee and headed to the gym. One hour cardio was a breeze and decide to get the shoulders pumped for the weekend. Its in the high 80's and pool and beach time. Also, working on the tan while relaxing pool side. No sides, diet is spot on and counting days to throw in the Halo.

4 x 8-10 seated dumbell press
4 x 8-10 side laterals.
4 X 8-10 Front raises
4 x 8-10 Standing up behind the nec'sk press
4 x 8-10 Seated rear delt flies.

Weights are starting to feel little heavy as I am losing weight and getting leaner. I've never been a weight lifter and more of a bodybuilder. No PR's or anything that will require me to scream, wrap my self or set up a tripod to record lol.

Anyway great session and will be doing another hour of cardio this afternoon.

32 days before show time. Very early gym day for me. I have a soccer match at 8 am so had to get legs out of the way. Woke up at 1;45 am and was on the treadmill by 2:15. Did my one hour no problem at all. Energy is great, GW is doing its job. Might be weighting my self today its been a while.

4 x 8-10 Front Squats
4 x 8-10 Regular Squats
4 X 8 -10 Hack Squats
4 x 8-10 stiff legged deadlifts
4x 8-10 laying hamstring curls
4 x lunges all across the gym
4 x 12-16 sitting, standing and donkey calve raises.

Only one other crazy guy like me in the gym this early so I went though my routine very quickly. Even had time to go to the steam room for 10 minutes. No noticeable side effects. Feeling very good, lean and my waist is shrinking. Two more weeks before I throw in Halo. Its been a crazy ride but coming to an end. I will be in Vegas in couple of weeks again for family Mothers Day get away and meet up with my friend for some progress report.

Anyway almost there my friend. Pretty excited.

You're looking awesome, man. Aside from the hard work and discipline it shows how having a well thought out PED plan in place really helps. The fact the you know what works and don't get greedy with the dosages is refreshing.

Thank you my friend. Being on gear for over 3 decades with no issues I always been cautious. I don't see the risk reward benefit of running high dosage when I can still get quiet a bit out of low dose. Many of our brothers think more is better and cheat on the workout and their meals. It doesn't work that way. Low to moderate dose, regular cardio and clean diet will far exceed the benefit of running high dosage of gear which some of the cycles I read about don't even make sense. You have to figure out what compounds work together to give you the look you are after. I never do wet compounds. Don't like the bloat and water holding look and some love it so thats good.
Figure out what works for YOU and go from there. Thanks for your kind words,

29 days out my friends. Feeling great lean and ripped. Abs are showing so freaking nice. Diet is spot on. Cardio is going extremely well and I am starting to do two sessions daily on regular basis. I can't wait to drop in the Halo for the final touch. Drank my black coffee, did one hour on treadmill and headed to the gym for arms day.

So far I am side free. Besides the early on tren coughs I have not had a single episode. Heartburn issue went away as well. I am sleeping little less but its due to late soccer practices and waking up early to go to the gym, but the sleep quality is good. Just FYI I take ZMA and Meatonin before bed and it knocks me out cold. Pretty excited about my return to Vegas on Mothers Day weekend.

With 28 days remaining I had the best work out of my entire cycle. Started cardio half hour to warm up no problem and decided to hit back before it got crowded. I killed the routine and my heart rate was high the entire session sweating like crazy. I finished the workout with one hour of cardio after and still felt like I can go for more. This GW is out of this world.

4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down
4x 8-10 close grip seated rows
4x 8-10 Bend over barbel rows.
4 x 8-10 One arm dumbell rows
4 x failure wide grip pull ups

I am feeling great, lean and waist is shrinking like crazy. I am ready men. Bring on the competition. By the way I plan on doing another hour of cardio this afternoon.

27 days my friends and as I am getting closer I am more motivated and energized. Usually the last few weeks is brutal but thats not how I am feeling. Cardio is on fire one hour in the morning and hour in the afternoon. Sleeping is good, no sides at all for few weeks. No cough, heart burn, hbp. I decided to do chest today since it was raining this morning and that means empty gym. Sure thing when I got in there were only 3 people so perfect chest day.

4 X 8-10 Dumbell flat bench
4 X 8 x 10 Dumbell incline
4 x 8-10 incline flys
4 X 8 -10 Barbell decline bench
4 x dip to failure

Pounded away like it was nothing. After the very first set I am pumped and ripped. The changes are now daily and I can only imagine what I am going to look like when I add in the Halo. I just wish the inject-able winny was not as painful and would have continued it, but was crippled after day one and it took a good week for the pain to go away. Can't get up on the stage in pain lol. Anyway so far so good. I am excited. Like I said one more Vegas trip next week.
I have many many friends, family and people from the gym coming to the show to support and I am humbled.

Very exciting.

26 days left and never felt better. I don't think I was ever this lean. Energy level is great, cardio is a breeze, diet is good and I am not craving anything. All eyes on the prize. After the afternoon bike ride I am taking the kids to the Guardian's of the Galaxy movie. Need to put my feet up on the nice recliner seats and relax and little. No complains or sides at all. Things are moving along extremely well and I am getting compliments daily which is very motivating.

24 days left to show time. Yesterday i had to take the day off due to a soccer match couple of hours away. Still did my cardio in the morning before going to the game. Today I woke up with little lower back pain. I think its because I was on my feet for about 9 hours yesterday. Long day, but burned lots of calories lol. Did my cardio today and decided to do legs.

4 x 8-10 Front Squats

Sunday is perfect leg day with no one in the gym. Go through the entire workout pretty quickly. Did 10 minutes of steam room and will be sitting in the jacuzzi later today to work on the lower back pain. No other issues. Feeling very good besides the back pain. One more week and Ill throw in the Halo.

My endurance and cardio conditioning is amazing. I have to force myself out of the gym. I don't talk or look at anyone. Do my reps and in between I do sit ups every day. Cardio hour a day and hour or 45 minutes in the afternoon. Only way to stay lean is cardio and caloric deficit.

23 days left and I feel great. This weekend I am headed back to Vegas for some family fun, pool time and workout with my friend and last touch ups on the routine. Next week I start taking 20mg of Halo per day and the diuretics will come in the last couple of days before the show. I am going to be razor sharp on the stage. Have several people coming to the show so I will for sure have pictures to post. After I did my hour cardio I decided to do Back since everybody and their mother does chest on Mondays.

Awesome workout. Body feels great. No aches and pains. No side effects. What is interesting at the beginning of the cycle I was getting tren cough frequently and about week 4 it stopped and hasn't happened since. Same thing with heartburn. Couple of times but I am good now. Anyway home stretch and I am extremely motivated.

Alright took my EAC stack and off to the gym for one hour of afternoon cardio followed by sauna.

I have to tell you guys, I am so impressed with Muscle Shop and Genlabs. I’ve been on this board for 10 years and had several opportunities to rep for awesome sources but I never did for whatever reason. After Tommy sponsored me last year and I saw the results and the blood work on his gear I was convinced they are legit.

Ultimate reward would be to win this show with only Genlabs from Muscle shop.
