LOL everyone says that. I am on the football and soccer field pretty much 7 days a week. Also, have a nice yard with pool and jacuzzi and we spend majority of our days as a family outside. Nice outdoor kitchen, so rarely stay indoors.

Alright so 12 weeks out starting today and I feel great. Had my coffee, headed to the gym and did one hour on the StairMaster. Piece of cake no problem at all. Feeling great, lots of energy, eating is good, drinking plenty of water and the gear is off the hook. The Tren Mix from MuscleShop is something else. As tempted as I get wanting to bump it up I won't because of my discipline. Why ruin a good thing without sides by bumping it up. Some guys think if they don't get sides the gear is not working and that is not true. I was little short on time today so decided to hit arms.

4 x 8-10 Standing barbel curl
4x 8-10 Seated incline dumbel curl
4 x 8-10 Preacher curl
4 x 21's.

4 x 8-10 rope pull down
4 x 8-10 skull crusher
4x 8-10 reverse grip bench press
4 x failure dips

I have to say today I got a nasty tren cough. Damn thing gets me at least once a week. Again I managed it pretty well but my eyeballs were about to come out. I rotate injection sites, use different length needles, inject slow, inject fast, mix it with other gear but still I get the damn cough. Anyway no biggie managing it.
Tonight I have a 2 hour soccer session so there is some extra cardio.

Another great day. Woke up full of energy hit the gym and the stationary bike for one hour. I like to rotate cardio equipment so I don't get bored. I took my shot of Masteron and test today without issue. Last tren cough was pretty nasty so not looking forward to the shot tomorrow. Getting lean and strong. Today I decided to do shoulders.


4 x 8-10 seated dumbell press
4 x 8-10 side laterals.
4 X 8-10 Front raises
4 x 8-10 Standing up behind the neck press
4 x 8-10 Seated rear delt flies.

Shoulders are looking round and wide. Defiantly the most visibly prominent part of the Tren directly. Nothing else makes my shoulders turn round and defined like tren. It doesn't take more than one set to see the veins pop out. I still am full of energy. I plan on doing one hour of cardio this afternoon as well. Vegas trip coming up first week of April for a week workout with my friend and going over posing routine. Hopefully by that time pools are open so I can layout and relax a little as well. By the way thats the spring break week on the west coast. LOL. Had to time it perfectly.

Anyway 12 weeks remaining and I am on schedule.

All right woke up today had my coffee, took the trenmix/primo shot and thank God no cough today. I needed a break. Headed to the gym which was empty and completed one hour of cardio easy. Decided to do back today.

4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down
4x 8-10 close grip seated rows
4x 8-10 Bend over barbel rows.
4 x 8-10 One arm dumbell rows
4 x failure wide grip pull ups.

Excellent workout. Full of energy and strength. No sides what so ever besides the damn cough. Sleeping well and eating is spot on. Making progress daily. I am feeling great this morning and planning on doing a bike ride later this afternoon.

All right another great day. Went out yesterday with friends to watch Real Madrid play Liverpool at the Champions League. We had a great time and while everyone was pounding on chicken wings, garlic fries, burger sliders and beer I had water and grilled chicken with veg. LOL. I don't even eat Veg but what are you going to do. So full of energy, got my coffee and headed to the gym. Did my one hour cardio and for some reason everyone decided to come to the gym today. The place was jammed pack so I decided to do arms since I need so little weights and equipment.

After the first set I had a massive pump and my biceps and triceps were so tight I though my skin was going to tear. Great feeling. No issues at all and for sure getting stronger. I did my test/Mast injection today no issue. Eating, working out and rest is all on schedule. Looking forward to my trip to vegas to change my workout for a week and train with a beast. Anyway no complaints at all and moving along.

Happy Friday the best day for chest since everyone hits that body part on Monday. As usual up, took my cup of coffee, injected the primo/Tren Mix and thank God no cough. Its like I pray before jabbing that's how common this freaking thing is becoming for me, but I manage it. Had an outstanding chest session. Chest, shoulders and tricpes got very tight and vascular after the warm up set. It feels like skin tearing and it feels great.

4 X 8-10 Dumbell flat bench
4 X 8 x 10 Dumbell incline
4 x 8-10 incline flys
4 X 8 -10 Barbell decline bench
4 x dip to failure

Energy level is extremely high. I did an extra hour of cardio yesterday afternoon on my bike. Eating is perfect and no visible side effects beside the occasional cough from tren. Finishing up week 12 and Monday will be 11 weeks out. Going to smaller portion meals starting next week. Everything is on point and honestly I think I am going to step on stage at the best shape of my life. Looking forward to that vegas session as well.

For breakfast I had half pound of ground beef with onions and peppers. Planning on having Grilled Pork Chops for lunch and Oven Baked Cod for dinner.

Alright so today is my rest day from lifting. I have to travel with the soccer team this morning for a match. I still did my one hour cardio, ate 4 eggs with a can of sardines and full of energy. No sides to report at all, besides the tren cough. Body is getting tighter as we go. 11 weeks remaining as of Monday and I feel that I am ahead of schedule. Starting week 10 I will modify my diet even more.

Wow what a leg day and finishing of 12 weeks out. Got up took my test/mast shot , filled up my coffee and headed to the dungeon. Did my one hour on the bike and got my legs nice and warmed up to hammer them. Felt very good, energetic so I wanted to really punish the legs.

4 x 8-10 Front Squats
4 x 8-10 Regular Squats
4 X 8 -10 Hack Squats
4 x 8-10 stiff legged deadlifts
4x 8-10 laying hamstring curls
4 x lunges all across the gym
4 x 12-16 sitting, standing and donkey calve raises.
My legs were gone. Had to take couple of steps to exit and I was shaking. Great session, probably the best one during this cycle. Very good energy and burst. Going to have a great breakfast hard boiled eggs with Avocado, lunch is going to be chicken and asparagus and for dinner I am having salmon and spinach.

Its coming along friends. 11 weeks out, lets go!!!

Alright 11 weeks left. Took my Primo/Tren mix shot today and no cough. No sides, anger, sleep issues, BP or night sweats. Still I honestly believe the trick is to keep tren under 300 per week, well at least for me. Waist line is shrinking fast and shoulders and traps are more defined. Eating is great but kicking it to another gear this week. I am going to only have baked fish, asparagus, spinach this week. Between, salmon, tilapia, COD, Mahi Mahi and Sea Bass I got it covered. Had my coffee, did my hour cardio and decided to do back since Mondays is international chest day.

4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down
4x 8-10 close grip seated rows
4x 8-10 Bend over barbel rows.
4 x 8-10 One arm dumbell rows
4 x failure wide grip pull ups.

Powerful and quick workout. Moved weights like it was nothing. No pains or aches. Starting to wear my hoodie and cover up more at the gym. Last week I had too many people coming up and asking diet and workout questions and interrupting my session. I don't even make eye contact.

Anyway moving along just as planned. Once again I am pretty impressed by Genlabs. If you are going to try tren give their Blend a shot its something else.

Good morning brothers. 11 weeks out and I am doing well. Food is little bland and boring, but it is what it is. Took my Test/Mast short, drank my coffee and headed to the gym for arm day. Did my hour cardio no issue at all and hit the weights.

Body feels great. Shoulders and traps and arms are definitely showing awesome separation. Little tiny veins are coming out on my abs which is a good sign I am getting leaner. Workout was quick and explosive. I like to move quickly with very little rest in between sets. Ill try to put in another hour of cardio this afternoon.
No sides to report. This tren mix is something else. I sometimes wonder how much better I would be if I used hire doses, but thats where my discipline comes in and I don't. Why mess with a good thing where there is no health issues or side effect for a little extra gain. I just need to work harder.

Anyway, very satisfied so far.

It was pouring rain today so I thought the gym would be empty at 4 am but my God it was packed. I think people came in early to beat traffic to work. Anyway did my cardio and lifting and went back home. Getting leaner by the hour. Amazing how the shoulders are showing separation now.
No sides what so ever to report. Dinner I am having Filet with Garlic butter and asparagus. Having a hard time eating because my stomach is shrinking fast. Its a good thing since I am reducing calories.

Any way all good.

Had to take two days off from lifting. Still did my cardio on both days no problem. My muscles were sore and I do an excellent job listening to my body. I went it to lift this am but as soon as I picked up a dumbell I put it back down. Have to let the tendons and muscles rest to grow. Weight loss is coming in crazy. I think I am going to be head of schedule. No sides and thank God I haven't got that Tren cough for few days now. Sleep is good. Last night I was little hot but no sweats. Occasional hurt burn but glass of milk solves that issue. Again very impressed so far. Going into the weekend I plan on doing chest and Legs since I am well rested.

Alright approaching that 10 week out. Diet is good, weight loss is on point, energy is excellent and no sides. I haven't even experienced another Tren cough episode which is always a good thing. Still full of energy went to the gym to hit back

Very good session and very quick with little rest. I have a college showcase to attend to this afternoon so I will be up on my feet for several hours adding to my calorie burning. I get it any way I can.
I am not eating as much and never hungry. Its good when you are cutting and what little I eat is protein and the fats I need. I am confident when I step on the stage in 10 weeks I will be the most shredded athlete on the stage.

All right brothers 10 weeks left and I am feeling and looking great. 182 on the scale and getting pretty freaking ripped. I got veins coming out of everywhere and I don't have to lift anything. Woke up had my coffee, did one our cardio and went to the gym to train with my son. Did chest today.

Since I am losing weight I feel my strength is slightly declining. I really don't care because I am a bodybuilder and not a weight lifter. As far as sides last night had nasty heartburn from the tren. Glass of milk usually solves the issue, but had to have two last night. Anyway, all else is well and feeling better as I am getting closer to this show.

Good morning friends. Well 10 weeks out from today. I am very pleased with the progress. Size wise I am starting to look like the smallest guy at the gym, but the most defined and ripped. Sometimes size plays mind games with you, but honestly I never cared about size and strength as much as aesthetics and speed. Had my coffee, did a solid hour on the treadmill and decided to hit arms.

Next week Ill be in Vegas training with a friend. Looking forward to a little change in routine and I am sure he is going to push me to the limit. Also, going to go over the routine. As far as sides the only two that hit me so far is the tren cough and tren heartburn. Everything else is good and feeling great.

Man last night was rough. Had some sever heartburn. Had to drink two glasses of milk so I could sleep. Now that I don't get the freaking cough all of a sudden I am getting these heart burns. Other than that no other issues. Full of energy and I did two one hour of cardio today AM and afternoon. Feeling and looking good.

Getting lots of attention at the gym. My shoulders, arms and traps are separating like crazy. So much vascular on the legs that I could bleed to death from paper cut. Progress is epic. Still 10 weeks out. Looking forward to Vegas next week. Change of routine and little rest as well.

Happy Wednesday. Half way through week 10. No issues yesterday with heartburn or cough. Did the injection of Primo/Tren mix and it was smooth today. Felt like hitting back so did my hour cardio at home and headed to the gym.

Went through the workout with out any issues. Back felt tight. I feel like my skin was going to tear. I love that feeling. Energy level through the roof. I plan on hitting cardio again for one hour this afternoon. As I get closer to the show and see the changes my body is going through, I get motivated to push harder. Soccer practice later tonight as well, so I am going to be pretty active.

Finishing up the week strong. Doing double cardio now AM and afternoon. Weight loss is very noticeable. As far as side effects nothing new or out of control. Strength is down a little but so what. I am a bodybuilder and not a weight lifter. The amount of cardio and calorie restriction will do that to you. Over all I am loving the look and keeps getting better. Decided to do chest since no one was doing it today.

Cardio day boys. Hit the treadmill for one hour no problem. Did half hour worth of sit ups and crunch's, did the jacuzzi and steam room and feeling great. I have two hour soccer training session this afternoon. By the time this is done I think I am going to be around the 176 pounds paper thin. Everything is going extremely well and on schedule. Still no major sides. Finishing week 9 and next week Ill be 8 weeks out.
Looking forward to Vegas.

All right my friends another great cardio and leg session. When I was walking down the stairs I literately had to hang on to the rails. My legs were weak and shaking. I was sweating extra today, not sure why but didn't bother me much. I have a soccer tournament this weekend to coach so its going to be extremely busy and active.

I don't know if I mentioned this before or not, but one of my best friends is a sponsor for the show and will be handing out the trophies. Ill be damned if I take anything less than first place from my friend. Pressure is on.

9 weeks out. Its a crazy busy weekend for me. Coaching a soccer team at a tournament. We were on the field until 8 pm yesterday and much of the same today. I did my cardio but no lifting. Everything is going well and on schedule. Looking forward to Vegas next week.
