Do you mind explaining “tren cough?”OK so woke up took my Tren Mix and Primo shot and thank God no cough today. Grabbed my coffee and headed to the gym. Did my one hour cardio, got warmed up and decided to hit chest today.
4 X 8-10 Dumbell flat bench
4 X 8 x 10 Dumbell incline
4 x 8-10 incline flys
4 X 8 -10 Barbell decline bench
4 x dip to failure
Veins popping all over my chest and shoulders. The var is really adding that extra vascular look with the tren and the rest of the gear. I can see tiny veins on my abs now and I just started lol. Very good workout, pushed the weights around without an issue and rest time inbetween is shorter. I feel like I have to keep moving. That super GW is something else. Finished the workout, headed to the sauna for 10 minutes, stretched and back home for breakfast. 6 eggs and can of sardines. Yum yum. Couple of guys asked me if I supplement with protein shakes and the answer is no. I don't do carbs so I am eating protein all day and able to consume my daily requirement.
Anyway loving this first week. Being lean already makes the gains show extremely quick. Stacking Primo/Trenmix/Test/Masteron with Var is something else.
I also saw you have a trick to starch that side pretty quick as well. I’m curious to know your ways.
