OK so woke up took my Tren Mix and Primo shot and thank God no cough today. Grabbed my coffee and headed to the gym. Did my one hour cardio, got warmed up and decided to hit chest today.

4 X 8-10 Dumbell flat bench
4 X 8 x 10 Dumbell incline
4 x 8-10 incline flys
4 X 8 -10 Barbell decline bench
4 x dip to failure

Veins popping all over my chest and shoulders. The var is really adding that extra vascular look with the tren and the rest of the gear. I can see tiny veins on my abs now and I just started lol. Very good workout, pushed the weights around without an issue and rest time inbetween is shorter. I feel like I have to keep moving. That super GW is something else. Finished the workout, headed to the sauna for 10 minutes, stretched and back home for breakfast. 6 eggs and can of sardines. Yum yum. Couple of guys asked me if I supplement with protein shakes and the answer is no. I don't do carbs so I am eating protein all day and able to consume my daily requirement.

Anyway loving this first week. Being lean already makes the gains show extremely quick. Stacking Primo/Trenmix/Test/Masteron with Var is something else.
Do you mind explaining “tren cough?”

I also saw you have a trick to starch that side pretty quick as well. I’m curious to know your ways.

Remarkably I can handle every single Tren side extremely well. Secret is keep it under 300mg per week and you are fine. As far as tren cough I get the dam thing injecting as little as 50mg. The second you finish injecting you have this urge to cough and it doesn't stop. You are coughing like your lungs are going to pop out of your chest, your eyeball pop out and its just horrific. Slightest breath you take you cough. We for me I have a glass of cold water ready. As soon as the cough starts I go to the back yard in fresh air, take very little sip up the water 3 to 4 times, breath through my nose and the cough stops in less than a minute and its not that sever. Why it works, I have no clue. I figured it out my self by accident and its a life saver for me. I mix 50 mg of tren with 150mg of primo and still get the cough. Anyway, hope this helps.

All right back day. Took my shot of Test/Masteron, took my Super GW, cialis, proviron and var, filled my cup of coffee and headed to the gym. Finished one hour of cardio without an issue. Back day one of my favorites.

4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down
4x 8-10 close grip seated rows
4x 8-10 Bend over barbel rows.
4 x 8-10 One arm dumbell rows
4 x failure wide grip pull ups.

Back was pumped and full of veins in the mirror. Can see nice separation and this is only week one. So far the gear is on fire. If you haven't tried Muscle Shop and their GenLab products, give it a go. You won't be disappointed. Excellent communication and very quick TD.
Very please with the progress. Went back home and had my eggs and sardines for breakfast. This afternoon I plan on a 14 mile bike ride.

No sides like night sweats, anger issues or anything else from the Tren Mix. Again, the secret is to keep it low dosage.

OK no lifting today. I have a soccer game at 8 am this morning, so went to the gym did one hour cardio and will be riding my bike for one hour this afternoon. First week is almost complete. I have been taking the Super GW for the past two weeks and it took my cardio to another level. I don't weight my self. If I see what I like in the mirror thats good enough. Never let the numbers bother me. I can see more veins and my waist is looking smaller. I did weigh my self today and I am down 4 pounds. No issues what so ever so far besides that one tren cough.
13 weeks left.

Oh my what a leg day. I woke up around 3 am headed for a gym that I like to do cardio. Did cardio there and 10 minutes steam room. Came back home had my eggs and sardines and after one hour I went to the gym that I like to lift. That super GW had me running like I was being chased by cops lol. Full of energy and my waist is disappearing fast. One side effect from the Tren mix. Last night I had very bad heartburn and I never have them. Got up drank a cup of milk and that resolved the issue.

Squats 5 x 8-10
Hack Squats 4 x 8 x10
Lunges 4 x 20 steps
Stiff leg dead lift 4 x 8-10
Laying down hamstring curls 4 x 8-10
Leg curls 4 x 8-10

Calf raises
4 x 15 standing
4 x 15 Donkey
4 x failure seating

I could have done more but I stopped my self. Feeling excellent. Eating is excellent, Energy is excellent, sex drive through the roof ( this is the time that every women in the gym starts looking like a super model) This is only week one and wow.
I am going to rest today and grill some beef ribs for dinner. Lunch I am going to have salmon with some grilled asparagus with garlic.

What’s the difference between donkey and standing calf raises?

My understanding is when knee is straight (in both this is the case) it targets gastroc and when bent knee the soleus (like seated calf).

Love doing calves myself. And working them extra hard as of late.

Starting to really pop.

Donkey my Knees are bent slightly and I feel I hit the belly more. Not sure honestly.

12 weeks out. Very excited. I feel good, no side effects like night sweats or anger, HBP just the damn cough and once had the heartburn. So far I am extremely pleases. Little fat that I had on is coming off easily. I see little veins on my stomach and I know whats next. Pumps are outrageous. Funny thing is I am vascular before I even lift and couple of sets and my veins are getting ready to pop. No eating issue and my cardio is on fire.
So today I decided to do arms.

4 x 8-10 Standing barbel curl
4x 8-10 Seated incline dumbel curl
4 x 8-10 Preacher curl
4 x 21's.
I felt so strong today I finished with 4 sets off reverse close grip pull ups. That just takes your biceps to another level.

4 x 8-10 rope pull down
4 x 8-10 skull crusher
4x 8-10 reverse grip bench press
4 x failure dips

Anyway, great session. I know many guys in my situation would want to bump up their dosage, but not me. Just because there are no sides that doesnt mean the gear is not working. Its actually doing its job and then some. Very pleased with the progress.

Lifting was very easy today, so I had to bump up the weights a little. Pounded through without any issues. This morning I took my Tren/Primo shot and thank God no cough. With me its a hit a miss, can't figure it out. Anyway, getting leaner, stronger, diet is perfect and I am on schedule to be at my ideal weight and bodyfat show time. Sleep is great no issues. Just FYI I take 5 mg of Melatonin and ZMA and sleep good 7 hours.

So far so good.

Wow what a day. Got up took my shot of Test/Masteron, drank my cup of coffee and jumped on the treadmill for one hour. Changed and headed to the gym for back day.

4 x 8-10 Wide grip pull down

Feeling very strong and extremely vascular. Had ton of energy after one hour of cardio and being on Tren mix. The GW is helping me push through without any issues. No night sweats, or any major sides so far and we are in the middle of week 2. Diet is spot on. Don't have much of an appetite because I drink couple of glasses of Metaucil per day, one avocado and some cashews. Kinds of fills me up and helps with reduction of calories, plus I need the fiber. I am very happy with the progress so far. At this pace Ill be killing it. I don't mind stepping on stage even at 176 pound range if my bodyfat is low enough and shredded. Anyway all good and nothing bad to report. By the way the Genlabs Anavar is out of this world. Instant pump at 50mg per day.

Woke up a little early today. Got my coffee, jumped on the treadmill and did my hour cardio before heading to the gym. By the way I always do fasted cardio. Decided to do shoulders today.

4 x 8-10 seated dumbell press
4 x 8-10 side laterals.
4 X 8-10 Front raises
4 x 8-10 Standing up behind the neck press
4 x 8-10 Seated rear delt flies.

Very strong and heavy day. Weights are getting lighter daily. Still know my limits and don't want to be injured. This morning before going to the gym I had my Tren mix/primo shot. Every time I take the shot I brace myself for the cough, but not today thank God. Still no other noticeable sides. Moving along and right on schedule. My diet is perfect, just need to add a little bit more cardio to burn more calories. Anyway, going to make my eggs and sardine breakfast and get going.

Unfortunately yes and i hate that about tren. Nothing else bothers me. I can manage it but it’s still pain in the ass.

OK rest day from lifting today. I got up, got my cup of coffee and hit the treadmill for solid hour. Feeling good and had to give the muscles some rest. Lifting heavy is not my style so I still keep the weight at a point where I dont have to sacrifice form. No sides at all with the exception of the damn tren cough and once I had a heartburn. Both are manageable but annoying. I plan on doing another half hour cardio on my bike this afternoon. Since Ive been dieting hard eating is becoming difficult. My stomach shrank and eating hand full of nuts, avocado or some eggs fills me up quickly. No complaints since I am cutting.
Anyway all good and I am on schedule.

My friend it took me a Beverly long time to discover the most important aspect of bodybuilding which is cardio. If you want that cut, hard as nail look you have to be lean. All the gear and lifting and eating will make you big and strong, but if you want the lean look and healthy heart and organs, cardio is a must. Very easy to build up stamina. I know people train for two month to Tina marathon. Now I am not saying they win, but they complete the 20 plus miles.

All right the day started little rough. I was worn out today for whatever reason. Still managed to get up and do my hour cardio, which was not as fast and good as my normal sessions. From all days I decided to do legs, which is not too smart when you are worn out.

Leg day
Squats 5 x 8-10

I kind of struggled today. Had to push to get through. Energy was not there. I am not sure if the tren is finally kicking in or I was just tired. Anyway got through the day, ate good breakfast and I am going to rest up today and see how I feel in the morning. Might have to take tomorrow off if I was up like today. Sleep is the same, diet hasn't changed so I might just be over training.
We'll see what happens tomorrow, but today is one I can forget.

Hang in there man, there's bound to be days where things go sideways. Take a deload regroup and recover and you'll be right back at it.

Night and day from yesterday. Woke up refreshed and tons of energy. I guess I just needed a little extra rest. Had my coffee, did one hour of cardio without and issue and decided to hit chest.

Excellent workout session. Very minimal rest and pushed heavy. I don't think my heart rate dropped below 126 during the entire session. Got back home and had an awesome egg, turkey, veg omelette. Going to have some grilled chicken for lunch and salmon for dinner. No side effects for now. Tomorrow marks 12 weeks out. Right on schedule and should be fine. Anyway, going to enjoy the rest of Sunday watching some soccer and relaxing.

What's the ballpark for daily calories/macros? I read through the thread, but maybe I missed it.
My daily target right now is 2200 calories daily. I am on 70% fat and 30% protein with zero carbs. Closer to the show I drop as much as 1500 calories daily and will add very little carbs so I don't step on stage flat. You have to try out different methods before stepping on stage. I used to do couple of other versions of dieting and carb loading ect from coaches but didn't work for me. This method seems to work the best for my body.
